Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to identify training needs, solicit trainers, and coordinate training programs for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs through competency-assessment surveys, and feedback from employees and managers
- To support other departments on specific training needs
- Research and recommend trainers and training programs to meet identified needs
- Solicit trainers and negotiate training contracts and fees
- Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, and materials distribution
- Communicate training information to employees and stakeholders
- Maintain training records and reports
- To ensure application/administration and following-up on training-related grants, and training bonds
Requirements:
- At least one (1) year of experience in training coordination or administration
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training management software
