Main Responsibilities:

· Assist with product design, mood boards, and staying updated on interior design trends.

· Create proposals for clients, focusing on home design furnishings.

· Visual merchandising (VM) of the showroom.

· Design and arrange store layouts and window displays for different campaigns.

· Assist clients with knob and handle designs tailored to their spaces.

· Support the floor team with sales and client interactions.

· Work with the sales team to propose design solutions to clients.

· Conduct fortnightly product presentations at business firms to showcase LavaVella’s offerings.

· Develop new knob and handle designs aligned with LavaVella’s brand aesthetics.

· Create 3D drawings for clients and custom designs to meet their specifications.

Design Tools/Software:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Canva.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PDF).

Sales Skills/Experience:

• At least 1 year of sales experience.

Education/Experience Level:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Problem-solving skills to propose suitable designs within clients' timelines.

Work Schedule:

• 5-day work week, including Saturdays.
• Sunday & Public Holidays off, with alternate Saturdays off.
• Monday - Friday: 10 am - 7 pm.
• Saturday: 10 am - 5 pm.

Additional Requirements:

• Knowledge of interior design trends is a plus.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain the showroom, ensuring it is well-organized and visually appealing.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels are optimized.
• Provide exceptional service by responding to client inquiries via social media, WhatsApp, and in-store.
• Prepare proposals for clients based on their space designs and needs.
• Manage procurement orders for clients and ensure all orders are accurately processed and delivered on time.
• Conduct product training and development for the sales team.
• Create and present sales reports and metrics to upper management.
• Upsell products while maintaining a professional and client-centered approach.

Sales Metrics:

• Responsible for meeting weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Basic salary + commission-based pay structure, tied to sales performance.

Training/Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years in a sales management role, preferably in retail or interior design sectors.

• Minimum 20 hours per week.
• Monday – Friday: 10:30am – 7pm
• Saturday: 10:30am – 5pm
• Sundays & Public Holidays: Off

• Proficient in EPOS system, WhatsApp, and Canva.

Additional Requirements:

• A background in interior design or experience in homeware is an advantage.
