Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract skilled security personnel

- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to identify suitable candidates

- Collabourate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements

- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization

- Facilitate employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and promote career growth

- Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, training records, and performance documentation

- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and internal policies in all HR activities

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement

- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner

Qualifications and Skills:

- Certification in Human Resources Management or a related field (HR certification is a plus)

- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably within the security industry

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels

- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality

- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite

- Work hours (0830 hrs - 1730 hrs weekdays) , (0900 hrs to 1300 hrs on Saturdays)

Duties

1. Overall in charge of the day-to-day operations and deployment of security personnel to the allocated sites.
2. Work closely and Co-ordinate with each site to do manpower (Security Officers) forecast, planning for relief Security Officers to be on sites when necessary.
3. Provide support for Site Security Supervisors & assist in handling complaints or operational issues.
4. Offer suggestions to management to enhance security measures within the organization.
5. Co-ordinate with management team and work with clients’ management to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Able to carry out investigation and write reports.
7. Make rounds and checks to various sites to ensure staff are carrying out their duties accordingly and meet up with clients to get feedback on regular basis.
8. Attend monthly site meetings & contribute towards improving services to clients. Submit monthly report to management.
9. Train Security Officers to perform duties as required by clients.
10. Conduct on-the-job training.
11. Computer literate and able to do deployment and rosters.
12. Able to do stand in at site in the event on a last minute shortfall.

Requirements:

• Able to handle irregular working hours, working on Weekends/PHs if required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words & Outlook) & other basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.
• Class 3 with own vehicle.
• Valid security license.
