Responsibilities:

• Initiates, implements, and manages the processes improvement program based on best practices in the metal drum making industry, with an emphasis on productivity and product quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in Manufacturing / Electrical /Mechanical / Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work after working hour or during non-working days.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Computer literate. Autocad is an advantage
• Knowledge in ISO is an advantage.
• Able to start on short notice / immediate.

Responsibilities:

· Handle the entire Accounts Payable/Receivable module which includes verifying purchase invoices against P/O and acknowledged D/O, positing of approved invoices into the system.

· Ensure sub-ledger(s) is tally with GL control accounts and perform reconciliation if necessary.

· Responsible for payment preparation and liaise with suppliers for payment collection as well as verify the cheque & TT payment preparation to supplier [1st verification].

· Ensure a prompt and good filing for all AP/AR documents.

· Performing & implementation of SOX relevant controls.

· Involve in monthly stock-take.

· To perform any ad-hoc reports and jobs as and when requested by The Management.

Responsibilities:

(A) Key Functions and Responsibilities

1. Identification of daily production planning / target.

2. Execute the allocation of qualified manpower and correct material for daily production at every work station is properly arranged before production starts.

3. Physically check each work station daily set up to ensure they meets the required Standard Operating .Procedure and Set Up Specification with reference to the daily production schedule/manufacturing Instruction.

4. Inspect, check and monitor all facilities and equipment is in good working condition before production starts.

5. Trouble shooting and handling of daily nonconformance events at all work station, and report non-conformance event, segregation and identification of non-conformance items by making use of appropriate traceability records to identify before use and after used non-conforming items.

6. Reporting machineries breakdown event or machines suspected to be in faulty condition for the attention of the Production Supervisor for further corrective action to be taken.

7. Rectification of daily process rejects (screening & rework). Quick disposition of non-conforming items to prevent unintended uses and further deterioration.

8. Ensure the use of all required safety equipment at all work station.

9. Ensure quality check.

10. Compile Daily Production Output Report from all work stations and ensuring all report is done accurately.

11. Train, supervise and monitor new production staff’s performance.

12. Performs other duties as assigned.

(A) Key Functions

Perform Inspection, maintain quality Inspection record, QC testing, Maintain 5S& ISO requirements.

(B) Responsibilities

1. Responsible for incoming, in-process, Final inspection activities and handle all measuring instruments, gauge and testing equipment in the Company inclusive of day-to-day operation.

2. Ensure regular record, routine quality checks are being executed at all processes are in accordance with the set standard.

3. Ensure all finished products achieved consistent high quality and prepare COC (Certificate Of Conformance) for delivery items.

4. Identify quality, safety, environment problems and highlight corrective action to Operation team.

5. Assist in the coordination of periodic audits, instruction review and ensure line implementation do not conflict with operating procedures

6. To assist QMR on the preparation of internal & external audits that to be presented to the management.

7. Responsible for testing new material products from new suppliers.

8. Inspect, verify and investigate RMA products from Customers.

9. Responsible for internal calibration of Instruments and gauges.

10. Check IMTE calibration due date / Instrument Damages /Instrument deviation in the line.

11. Perform patrol inspection as per control plan.

12. Responsible for IMTE external calibration and maintain master list.

13. Responsible to perform all QC reliability testing.

14. Responsible to maintain “5S” in all area.

15. Participate in toolbox meeting and highlight all quality, safety, environment problems.

(D) Skill/Experience

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts & accounting functions to ensure accuracy & compliance with current accounting practices & principles
• Responsible for daily accounting operations, variance cost analysis, cash flow planning, working capital management, cost accounting, audit, cost control, inventory control, asset management and good budgetary controls
• Ensure updating of all book-keeping transaction with speed and accuracy
• Responsible for cost centre accounting such as cost allocation analysis
• Establish and manage the rate chart and chargeback model for recovering costs through internal company
