Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Support in curating, planning, and posting engaging content across various social media platforms.
• Customer Service: Engage with customers and answer enquiries through social media, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate responses to enhance customer experience.
• Ad Hoc Marketing Support: Provide assistance on various tasks as needed, including research, event support, data entry, and other marketing or administrative duties.
