Responsibilities:
• Supporting the Ops Manager and cross-functional teams, coordinating and planning clinic activities, utilization of manpower and resources, to ensure cost efficiency, effective management, and smooth daily operations of the clinic.
• Support the implementation of new initiatives such as Healthier SG, Social Prescribing and Age Well SG and support the drive to achieve service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee administrative activities like staff scheduling, patient flow, inventory management, and facility management, and be involved in planning and implementing strategies, proposals, and activities to improve work processes, and work collaboratively with clinical, nursing, allied health professionals, diagnostics, and other service departments within the polyclinic.
• Opportunity to collaborate with team members across other workgroups, polyclinics or HQ, focusing on manpower planning, training and development, digital and service transformation, policy and workflows, new polyclinics development, and emergency planning.
Requirements:
• Degree in any field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both oral and written.
• Possess good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Minimally 1-years prior working experience.
• Preferably someone with prior operations management experience. Advantageous if already have prior healthcare experience / staff management experience.
