As a Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer, you will provide exceptional customer service, create and act upon opportunities to make sales, and ensure all rental vehicles meet SIXT Australia’s vehicle presentation standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:    

• Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard, ready for the next customer   
• Refuelling or recharging vehicles as required 
• Conducting basic vehicle maintenance and safety checks

What you will do:

Our Grounds and Maintenance team will ensure the highest possible standards in presentation and safety of assets, grounds and facilities.  As department manager, you will settle into our Head of Department management structure and assist in providing leadership, oversight and daily coordination to grounds and maintenance duties, task allocation and team rosters. You will ensure effective communication and liaison with other park management, to guarantee a smooth resort operation and product.  You will:

• Ensure the grounds and maintenance team have direction daily and receive any training and development that may be required.

• Incidental customer service assistance with minor maintenance repairs across our caravan and camping sites, cabins, amenities and other facilities
• Pool maintenance
• Assist with gardening projects, basic mechanical repairs and painting

• Experience in grounds and basic maintenance work. Trade qualification would be a bonus but not necessary - we are looking for a genuine all-rounder.
• Previous experience with ride on & push mowers, pruning, hedging, landscaping and weed control would be ideal

• Have an ability to work unsupervised with a "hands on" work history.

The role offers the flexibility to work from home and across our Sydney CBD and/or Olympic Park offices as agreed and required for the role. This role can also be based remotely at any of our offices.

The Fleet Optimisation Manager is responsible for the management of the SIXT Australia fleet to deliver and exceed set business targets. This role contributes to the optimum utilisation of the fleet and assists key stakeholders in identifying opportunities to vary fleet mix and numbers to meet business requirements. The Fleet Optimisation Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the fleet’s operational readiness, cost efficiency and alignment with business objectives.

• Making fleet recommendations to stakeholders based on apparent trends with regard to utilisation and pricing  
• Monitoring and controlling floating fleet issues; repatriation of fleet back to site locations where necessary to maximise utilisation

What you’ll do  

This is a Permanent Part Time opportunity, working in our very own Resort Bistro, located onsite for resort guests.  You will work closely to support the Head Chef in all areas of kitchen operations, for daily meal services and specialist events and functions. 

• Ensure all aspects of food preparation, cooking and presenting of dishes according to company guidelines and customer preferences 
• Liaise with kitchen staff, food service/bar staff and management regarding customers order and general service of kitchen operations 
• Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment, to include proper storage of food, equipment, utensils and implements 
• Daily temperature checks of fridges, freezers, storage areas, deliveries and recording assessment where necessary 
• Cleaning, sanitising and disinfecting all kitchen areas in accordance with daily cleaning

What you’ll bring   

• A formal qualification in commercial cookery would be an advantage 
• Previous experience in a restaurant, club kitchen, or events and functions
• A working understanding of 'Food Safety' principles and workplace health and safety 
• Effective verbal communication skills and a collaborative team based approach
• Happy to work as part of a team and chip in to get to get the job done right!

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Hospitality All-Rounders to join our team on a casual basis offering approximately 25-30 hours per week. You will be required to work in Front Office, Housekeeping and Grounds, however, may be rostered more in the area of your skillset.

What you’ll do:

You will provide an exceptional experience to our guests by working in your skilled area or multiple areas of the business such as guest services and reservations, housekeeping or grounds. You may be involved and rostered to perform hands on engagement in all aspects of day to day operations as follows:

• Front Office – A friendly face to welcome guests, reservations and bookings, communicating guest needs to other departments.
• Housekeeping - Cleaning/servicing rooms and public areas, maintaining clean and orderly storerooms/areas and par stock levels of linen, cleaning equipment and products for the rooms.
• Grounds – Maintaining cleanliness of the Park grounds, gardening projects, basic repairs and painting.

What you’ll bring:  

• Front Office experience with sound knowledge of NewBook, RoomMaster, Opera or a similar booking system
• Previous housekeeping and grounds or maintenance experience
• Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations) or equivalent experience
• Problem solving skills including the ability to apply mathematical skills in a workplace context
• Flexibility to work across other areas of the business if required
• A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guests
• A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
• Good time management and an eye for detail
• An enthusiastic passion and pride in your work
• English speaking/communication skills so you can understand and follow directions
• A current drivers licence and car are essential living in a remote location
