[What you will be working on]

• Conduct research on the practices of other institutions with digital music, arts and cultural heritage collections.

• Develop a workflow for metadata enhancement and share results of the report through presentations and reports.
• Execute the recommended changes to enhance the metadata.

[What you will be working on]

• Conduct research on various design solutions for NL Building infrastructural projects such as NL L1 Place Making, L5 Arts Collection Library, ad hoc fitting out works for offices and LKCRL gantries activation; which will commence in early 2024 and are to be completed before end 2024.
• To pitch ideas/proposals to relevant stakeholder, write minutes, document process and approvals as well as monitor timeline.
• To manage contractors for ongoing projects to ensure that requirements are being executed as per expectations.
• Other administrative support for the above projects and weekly project updates for Project & Space Management Department.

[What you will be working on]

• To develop, implement and review campaigns and programmes to persons with disabilities that are not coming to Punggol Regional Library.
• To support existing programmes designed for persons with disabilities,
• To be involved in day-to-day operations to understand user behaviour.

[What we are looking for]

• Prior experience with persons with disabilities or persons with dementia will be helpful.
• Students with events management experience and a basic proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Photoshop will be helpful too.

Candidate will be required to perform shift work and work on weekends.

[What you will be working on:]
•    Manage Product Users’ Engagement by supporting Product Managers in developing strategies and plans to engage internal and external stakeholders to launch, implement, drive adoption, awareness, and education of Products, such as NLB Mobile App, Seat Booking System, Express Borrowing Gantry, and also future Products such as Content Discovery app. 
•    Assist Product Managers to collect and collate Product data from multiple channels, e.g., web statistics, app statistics, user feedback and perform basic analysis to help Product Managers better understand the asks and needs of the users with simple insights. Work closely with other data teams to track results and translate insights into actions.
•    Assist Product Managers in managing the Product Backlog by recording new user stories and setting initial priority for them. Follow up with Product Managers to set up regular Product Backlog refinement sessions.
•    Assist Product Managers or ScrumMasters in organising agile activities and to update/ upkeep Agile tools like JIRA, etc.

[What we are looking for:]
•    At least one year of relevant working experience, preferably in a product-focused organisation. Fresh graduates with the relevant knowledge are welcomed to apply.

[What you will be working on]

Resource planning and management
•    Manage a team of budget coordinators to ensure the accurate collation of budget reviews on an annual basis (including start of year, mid-year and year-end budget reviews)
•    Monitor and present regular budget updates to internal stakeholders 
•    Act as the budget manager and point of contact (POC) between corporate divisions (Finance and HR) and the 7 divisions within ALG
•    Oversee budget management, active budget tracking and reviewing across various ALG Fund Codes 
•    Work with stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies, guidelines and standards including clarifications with the relevant parties 
•    Conduct regular reviews of processes to streamline operations for increased efficiency and productivity
•    Conduct reviews of fees and charges and also preparation and submission of annual write-off of the outstanding fees and charges
•    Conduct simple data analysis on budgets, fees and charges
Corporate Support
•    Facilitate and manage ALG events such as team bonding activities and townhalls that promotes staff engagement
