Pardoo Roadhouse is a family operated business in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
It is located approximately 150km North of Port Hedland and 450 km south of Broome,situated at the Great Northern HWY near renowned place called Cape Keraudren.
Duties
• Ensure safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen
• Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks related to meal prep, cooking and delivering food to diners in a timely fashion
• An understanding of purchasing and menu development in a kitchen environment.
• Cook & prepare meals in a timely manner and ensure sufficient quantities are available.
• monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
Requirements
• A minimum of five years in a chef / experienced cook position
• cooked breakfast , Lunch , set dine in menu.
• Appropriate qualifications and/ or relevant work experience in a similar role
• Excellent cooking skills and overall technical expertise.
• Worked in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in planning and developing menus
• Proven ability to work within a team and autonomously
• All up to date COVID vaccinations
Salary offer – $53,000 - $55,000 + 4 weeks paid leave
