Job Responsibilities:

As a Risk Management Analyst, you will gain exposure to the areas of Credit, Market and Operational Risk within our company. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: -

· Manage and ensure effective implementation of risk policies

· Monitor and compute daily PnL/VaR computation and validation against market movements

· Conduct system testing and UAT development

· Conduct initial credit scoring of newly onboarded clients and periodic credit reviews on existing clients

· Assist in documentation on risk methodologies subject to management, model validation, audit & regulatory scrutiny

· Create dashboard and data visualization

· Prepare monthly and daily reporting to Head of Risk Management and Senior Management

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business revenue.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Compliance manager to join the Compliance team. This is a newly created role and assists the Head of Compliance in managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the Compliance department.

Key Job responsibilities

1. Manage and implement compliance policies and procedures, ensuring that it is sufficient to comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

2. Conduct audit and reviews of business departments, identifying areas of non- compliance and implementation of rectification.

3. Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings to the regulators.

4. Keep abreast of updates, changes and trends in regulations, assess its impact on the company’s operations and ensure company is compliant with the regulations.

5. Provide and arrange for compliance related training to employees.

Requirements

1. 5 to 8 years of compliance or legal work experience in a Financial Institution.

2. Good knowledge of Singapore MAS regulations and the rulebooks of the exchanges.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to collaborate with colleagues across departments.

4. Good attention to details and the ability to work independently.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Key Roles and Responsibilities

· Responsible for all regulatory reporting globally, including but not limited to MAS Risk-Based Capital, MAS filing, SGX reporting and other regimes that the Firm operates in.

· Responsible to drive long-term capital planning given changing business and regulatory environments globally.

· Lead monthly closing process, ensuring accuracy in the financials.

· Involve in building and maintaining financial/analytical models to support business decision making.

· Involve in data analytics to provide insights on business performance.

· Lead/involve in the transformation process of the finance function into data-driven and highly automated function.

Requirements

· More than 8 years relevant experience in the financial industry, preferably with knowledge in foreign exchange, Futures and Options, OTC derivatives, securities, and/or fixed income products.

· Working experience in regulatory reporting is essential.

· Degree in Accountancy and preferably a Chartered Accountant.

· Good analytical skills with the ability to link financial numbers with business activities, and use of business intelligence tools.

· Keen interest in technology, strong belief in data, open-minded and having a growth mindset are essential traits to be successful in this role.

· Basic statistical analysis using Python or R Studio is an advantage.

This is a permanent role that requires you to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to support the Sales team with the entire end-to-end client onboarding process. Broadly, the role includes performing client due diligence, obtaining and verifying client documentation, name screenings, client profiling and client risk assessments.
