• Project Planning & Monitoring, follow-up & prepare report on work site progress work closely with Project Manager on co-ordination & planning for work.
• Resolve drawing discrepancies & technical difficulties with Technical team.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions and most importantly, on schedule.
• Co-ordinate all aspects of works with client & sub-contractors.
• Control the use of site resources and overall project cost & also monitor and control wastage on site.
• Cooperate with the company's technical department and participate in the implementation.
• Liaise with the Consultants on the submission related to structural works and Technical Department.
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Civil/Structural/Mechanical from a recognized institution by BCA.
• Working experience in the construction industry – HDB project would be an advantage.

• Able to work independantly and supervise construction work.
• Liasing with main contractor for coordination work.
• Conduct safety tool box meeting daily.
• Supervise and monitor subcontractor work and progress.
• Report to Project Director / Project Manager.
• Assist site supervisor with daily operation.
• Monitoring the progress and prepare weekly report.

Job details:

- To ferry Foreign Workers from Dormitory to different job sites.

- Assist in purchasing construction materials & deliver to sites or office for work purpos

- Send materials or documents as assigned by the supervisor

- Assist with ad-hoc duties if necessary

- Report any accidents, violations, or defects in your vehicle

- Maintain a positive attitude with workers

- Plan out your routes in advance and ensure you meet delivery deadlines

- The Driver must drive the vehicles to the required work sites punctually

Job Requirement:

- Must possess a class 3 driving license to drive 14 ft lorry

- Know the Singapore route very well

- A reasonable degree of physical strength and fitness
