Do you a Childcare Level 3 or relevant qualification? We are currently seeking Nursery Assistants & Early Years Practitioners to work across our Liverpool Settings, schools and PVIs

What does this role involve?
Your fundamental role is to help deliver an excellent standard of care to young children.
· to deliver academic excellence, with professionalism and enthusiasm.
· Assist children with their educational and social development, on an individual and group basis
· Provide support for individual children inside and outside the setting to enable them to fully participate in activities
· Build and maintain successful relationships with both children and parents/guardians
· Ensure that every child is ready for the next steps in their learning and are supported
What are we looking for from you?
All Applicants will need to have:
· A childcare Level 2-3 qualification
· Experience of caring for children aged between 0-5 years (including babysitting or nannying)
· Experience working in a Nursery setting
· A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
· A calm, patient, and caring personality with good communication skills
What you need to apply:
· Enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one)
· Enthusiastic attitude towards inspiring children
· Must have experience working in early years
What to expect: Working hours vary, but you would expect to usually work between 07:00 and 18.00 in most settings. Tasks will vary depending on the settings and positions. Skills and experience you’ll need:
· Enjoy being around young children
· An interest in child development
· Imagination and creativity
· Patience and enthusiasm
· A caring and kind nature with a willingness to be part of a team
