As an ICT Business Development Manager at Sana Commerce EMEA B.V., you will contribute to expanding Sana's presence in the ANZ market. You will be responsible for managing complex sales cycles with prospective clients, collaborating with the broader sales team to implement progressive sales methodologies and drive tangible results.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in Sana Commerce's growth strategy, fostering new business relationships and driving revenue in the ICT sector. This is a fulltime position.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by maintaining daily contact with potential customers, both remotely and on-site when required.
- Guide prospects through their buying journey, assisting in the decision-making process, and navigating procurement hurdles.
- Lead commercial negotiations and effectively position Sana Commerce to prospects.
- Follow up on leads generated by ERP partners, marketing, and business development representatives.
- Uncover prospects' strategies and desired impacts, aligning them with Sana Commerce solutions.
- Represent Sana during discovery meetings, workshops, and board presentations.
- Conduct demonstrations of Sana Commerce Cloud with support from Presales Consultants.
- Respond to Requests for Information/Proposals (RFI/RFPs).
- Oversee and lead deal cycles with internal stakeholders such as presales, project management, and product development teams.
- Develop and nurture partner relationships with technology and service partners.
- Provide training and education to partners, enabling them to support commercial discussions involving Sana.
- Advise prospects on their e-commerce journey, offering tailored solutions.
- Maintain sales reporting and forecasting data in our CRM system.
- Aim to win customers and partners for Sana Commerce.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in presentations, with fluency in English.
- Desirable knowledge of ERP systems, with familiarity with SAP and Microsoft platforms.
- Training in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales methodologies.
- Four or more years of experience in a similar role within a software/ICT environment.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent academic qualification or working experience).
