Identifying new business opportunities by mapping of the upcoming projects. Meeting clients and finalizing the comprehensive Facility Management deals. Conduct site surveys along with the operations team. Ensure proper market penetration in the assigned Region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review & understand all tender & contract documents for new fit- out works
• Quantity take off and pricing base on standard market rates
• Prepare checklists, cost analysis & recommendations for tender submission
• Post contract variation evaluation & management
• Attend tender site show round & and provide briefing notes
• Review & prepare M&E costs for miscellaneous works
• Roll out, evaluate M&E subcontractors quotation and prepare report
• Review subcontractor claim and prepare payment recommendation
• Material sourcing and its procurement activities
• Manage, liaise and finalise with subcontractor for variation order and closure
• Attend to Ad-hoc assignment when required

Builds or repairs cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures used in buildings, using woodworking machines, hand tools, or power tools. Assembles and fastens materials to make frameworks or props, using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue.

• Assisted construction supervisors and lead carpenters with blueprint investigation, structural design, project planning, project layout, and installation.
• Skilled at framing interior walls, building stairs and railing, installing drywall, placing crown molding, and installing doors and cabinets.
• Effective with steel framing, curtain wall construction, interior partitions, and exterior framing.
• Researched and maintained full compliance with municipal building codes and health and safety regulations.

Job Brief

We are seeking a skilled tile setter to join our team.

The successful candidate will have experience in cutting and laying tiles for floors, walls and special installations like showers and bathtubs.

Tile setters are responsible for cutting tiles to fit spaces, installing tiles in a straight line and making sure the tiles stay in place until they set.

Our ideal candidates have exceptional attention to detail, physical strength and stamina, and familiarity with different types of tiles and installation tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for tiling, including removing old tiles and filling gaps.
• Cut tiles to size and shape using tile cutters and power saws.
• Lay out tiles accurately and professionally, ensuring even placement and alignment.
• Apply adhesive substances like cement to tiles and arrange them on surfaces.
• Use spacers to ensure even application and alignment of tiles.
• Grout tile seams and clean excess grout from tiles.
• Seal tile with appropriate sealant when required.
• Repair or replace tiles as needed.
• Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed during work.

We are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives. Receiving and processing purchase orders. Issuing sales transaction invoices. Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details. Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information. Maintaining and updating sales and customer records. Compiling monthly sales reports. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9 to 6, must be willing to work on weekends when needed and overtime when required.
