Overview
This position is responsible to lead logistics team and FG warehouse team and ensure timely and accurately dispatch of products to customers. This position is responsible for handling Sales Order, Invoicing and dispatch of FG, IM and export related to Logistics.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create manage and achieve the overall logistics and CFA operations budget.
- In co-ordination with sales, dispatches to be planned and executed to yield high levels of custom satisfaction.
- Ensure proper staging, loading as per the batch number of invoice & stacking of material before dispatch after preparation of all documents relevant to dispatch.
- To ensure that products shipped out have proper packaging
- Make daily plan of dispatch and circulate Open SO details to CSOs.
- Ensure hygiene of the warehouse and logistics assets are handled and maintained properly.
- Able to train and get effective work done from loading and unloading supervisors and contractors.
- Must be able to avoid any scrap and quick decision on return material reuse/repack/disposal.
- Demonstrate high level of ethical standard in handling transporters and ensure timely documentation and payment to service providers.
- Has ability to plan and confirm daily dispatch based on production planning and ensure meeting 100% dispatch plans.
- To give proper feedback to sales as dispatch position Vs sales notes and keep sales informed in case of unusual delays expected.
- To generate commercial invoices as per guideline issued by sales.
- FG inventory and monthly/periodic Cycle counts. Must know method of cycle count and proactive in write offs and write on actions.
- Prepare MIS and analysis of customer complaints with action plan.
- To strictly follow the systems and procedure as per ISO 9001 and 14001
Qualifications/Experience:
A Degree / Diploma and science back ground is preferred.
15 to 20 year’s experience in logistics function with B2C market and B2B market.

o Good understanding on export process is an additional requirement.
