Overview
This position is responsible for carrying out production in an efficient safe, consistent manner, building quality into the products through rigorous follow up of procedure/instruction. Maintain equipment in healthy condition

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for manufacturing the right product, using the correct weighed RM as per the batch card & getting optimum yield by maintaining batch cycle time.
2. Basic maintenance of equipment’s and Knowledge of autonomous maintenance.
3. Lead tool box meeting in shifts and delegate shift responsibility for safe and quality production.
4. Keeping the shop floor & production area clean during & after production & monitoring the productivity
5. Following all the safety & health procedures laid & disposal norms to protect environment
6. Maintaining records like Logbooks, weighment registers, labeling registers, calibrations etc.
7. Find out issues on shift-to-shift basis and capture the same in log book. Capture breakdown and maintenance logs in log book for next shift hand over and workshop head information.
8. Strictly follow the systems & procedures as per ISO 9001 / 14001
9. Ability to handle labour and get daily work done from them
10. Data entry of production on shift basis and ensure shift inventory management.

Overview

This position is responsible to lead logistics team and FG warehouse team and ensure timely and accurately dispatch of products to customers. This position is responsible for handling Sales Order, Invoicing and dispatch of FG, IM and export related to Logistics.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create manage and achieve the overall logistics and CFA operations budget.
• In co-ordination with sales, dispatches to be planned and executed to yield high levels of custom satisfaction.
• Ensure proper staging, loading as per the batch number of invoice & stacking of material before dispatch after preparation of all documents relevant to dispatch.
• To ensure that products shipped out have proper packaging
• Make daily plan of dispatch and circulate Open SO details to CSOs.
• Ensure hygiene of the warehouse and logistics assets are handled and maintained properly.
• Able to train and get effective work done from loading and unloading supervisors and contractors.
• Must be able to avoid any scrap and  quick decision on return material reuse/repack/disposal.
• Demonstrate high level of ethical standard in handling transporters and ensure timely documentation and payment to service providers.
• Has ability to plan and confirm daily dispatch based on production planning and ensure meeting 100% dispatch plans.
• To give proper feedback to sales as dispatch position Vs sales notes and keep sales informed in case of unusual delays expected.
• To generate commercial invoices as per guideline issued by sales.
• FG inventory and monthly/periodic Cycle counts. Must know method of cycle count and proactive in write offs and write on actions.
• Prepare MIS and analysis of customer complaints with action plan.
• To strictly follow the systems and procedure as per ISO 9001 and 14001

Qualifications/Experience:

A Degree / Diploma and science back ground is preferred.

15 to 20 year’s experience in logistics function with B2C market and B2B market.

Position Title: Lab Assistant – R&D (Flooring)

Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for performing the testing of Epoxy Flooring Products RM, PM and FG as per the specification and Test Method.
2. Responsible for performing the testing of Intermediates and Finished products as per the specification and Test Method
3. Ensuring the recording of test results in Hard copy as well in soft copy
4. Capable for the modification/Correction of pigments for Ral Colour Matching
5. Ensuring the stock of raw materials, Packing material/ Chemicals and other consumables item for laboratory which are being used for our Testing and development.
6. Responsible and ensure all the lab equipment’s are maintained in good condition and taking part actively in lab Housekeeping.
7. To ensure compliance to ISO and EHS Standards
8. Ensure good housekeeping and 5S in Lab.
9. Must be expert in cube casting, demolding, and testing as per the schedule of test date.
10. Working knowledge in instrument handling (Weighing balance, Lab Mixers, Moisture meter, Compression machine, Tensile Strength /Abrasion tester, pH meter, Viscometers etc… )
11. Has working experiences in R&D or Technical service of Construction chemicals laboratory / Application team.

Position Title: Maintenance Technician- Mechanical

Location: Jhagadia

Reporting to: Maintenance Manager

OVERVIEW:

To ensure all machineries & instruments are in good working condition through planned preventive maintenance. To provide general engineering help to all departments

KEY RESULT AREA:

1. To maintain and monitor the list of all machineries, utility and safety equipments.
2. Prepare the preventive maintenance schedule of all electrical & mechanical equipments and its compliance with documentary proof.
3. Prepare the list of critical equipments and critical spares and maintain the inventory norms to avoid any loss in Production due to non availability of spares..
4. Ensure periodic and timely calibration of all measuring equipment in the factory.
5. To ensure all engineering controls & safety precautions are in place to avoid any accident.
