We are currently looking for an individual who can be employed in positions namely, Human resource Manager
HR Manager for performing the following tasks:
• Researching business, individuals and industry trends to identify potential new clients, markets and ways to serve existing customers better
• Managing budgets and resources effectively, staying current with industry trends and market conditions, collaborating to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives, and preparing and analysing reports on the businesses performance and sales will also be important.
• Setting sales Targets
• Ensuring sales team meets them
• Working with senior members to manage risk
• Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
• Assisting the Company by keeping personnel records up to date and updating financial documents
• Be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans and sales strategies in order to achieve desired business outcomes
• Will have access to a wide range of marketing resources and tools
• As a HR Administrator will receive extensive training on the company's systems, marketing and HR processes. You will be part of a crucial role in the company. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Cash and Carry and ensuring the Companies targets are achieved. This will involve developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, profitability, and customer loyalty, as well as monitoring performance and taking corrective action when necessary. Recruiting, training, and managing site personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, developing and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers and Customers will also be critical to success in this role.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Knowledge of Pakistani/Indian Food/cuisine preferred.
Proficiency in Urdu/Punjabi language is a must. Majority of our customers converse in these languages and therefore, considered an asset to drive sales higher from new/existing customers.
