Established in 1997, St.Hua Private School has helped its industrial customers to bridge the skills gap and improve their industrial knowledge and methodology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Align our organisation's people strategy with our business strategy.
- Assist in recruitment process, including but not limited to creating job postings on various platforms, employee relations, preparation of employment contracts, etc.
- Assist in screening of resumes and evaluating potential client portfolios, including analyzing business partnerships potential.
- Research on business opportunities and partnerships with stakeholders in Singapore and globally to implement high-quality HR practices, supporting the business priority.
- Build partnerships with government, big industry figures and business leaders in collaboration with management team to drive the best outcome for the business.
- Lead talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, performance management, shape culture, and drive employee engagement.
- Manage employee disciplinary issues and provide advice to management leaders on ways to manage each case.
- Lead different type of projects (HC planning, engagement, performance and etc.) and support annual HR agenda throughout the employee life cycle.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Prerequisites/Requirements:
- Undergraduate or Graduate's degree in any related field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A good team player with initiative and positive working attitude
- Ability to multi-task and to work through complexities in an ever-changing and high-growth business environment.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday (10:00 - 19:00)
