The role

We are currently seeking an experienced Traffic Manager to cover maternity leave. This pivotal role involves managing the planning and scheduling of creative work across our London and Leicester locations, ensuring our teams utilise their time and resources as effectively and efficiently as possible. This is a year long contact and will require you to work a hybrid pattern of three days in the office which will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with Monday and Friday being working from home days. You can be based from either our London office (W1) or Leicester office (LE2) but regular travel between the two to meet and understand all of the creative partners you are working with will be necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign and balance workloads across the creative department to optimise productivity.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time or ahead of schedule.
• Maintain or improve the agency’s utilisation rate, focusing on maximising billable hours.
• Collaborate with account management to handle new work requests and project assignments.
• Lead weekly workflow catch-ups for both London and Leicester teams.
• Develop schedules for campaigns and projects in partnership with account and project management.
• Communicate with teams to monitor progress and identify potential roadblocks.
• Provide regular updates to creative leadership on workload, resources, and project status.
• Adjust schedules as necessary and effectively communicate changes.
• Manage external communications for Mission Group, coordinating with the CCO and marketing director.
• Ensure briefs are submitted prior to scheduled meetings.
• Liaise with the broader group to secure additional resources when needed.
• Identify and recommend potential improvements for future workflows.

You will be a detail-oriented person with strong organisational abilities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should remain calm under pressure and be capable of multi-tasking effectively. A solution-oriented mindset is essential, with strong problem-solving skills and an openness to change and the adoption of new technologies. Previous experience in an advertising agency is essential, with demonstrable previous experience in creative department workflow management.

What will I be doing?

We’re recruiting for a Senior Account Manager to join our Healthcare team, working across a range of healthcare brands. You will manage and lead all live projects and budgets for your Client.

You may be an Account Manager looking for the next step up or an experienced Senior Account Manager eager for a new challenge in a fast-moving creative Agency.

You’ll be working on everything from social to brand development to TV production, engaging with people of all kinds - consumers, healthcare professionals, retailers. You’ll be helping to grow household names.

We currently operate a hybrid model of working, so the ability to build excellent internal and external relationships via digital platforms is paramount.

The role will be based at a key Client’s head office in West Yorkshire, giving you the unique opportunity to integrate and truly partner with them. Occasionally, there will be travel across our offices in London, Bristol or Filleigh, North Devon.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Being the person in the team who is driving every live project for your set of Clients
• Managing and leading all live projects for your set of Clients

About the role…

We have a great opportunity for a motivated and confident individual with a passion for developing a career in the marketing and communications sector. As an Account Executive you will provide support to the Client Services team, working with a variety of well-established brands.

You’ll be given the opportunity to manage small projects from start to finish, compiling timing plans, cost estimates and studio briefs across various jobs, ensuring their smooth running from start to finish, including managing the work on our bespoke job management system.

Our Client base is broad, working with businesses and brands in food & drink, healthcare, and B2B. To ensure Account Executives learn as much as possible about what we do and discover the things that excite them most, you will typically have the opportunity to work in at least two different teams before progressing to Account Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• Accountable for managing all projects through the process from understanding Client requirements, briefing creative work, to the completed product
• Responsible for managing the production process to ensure we meet project deadlines through proactive management
• To compile market sector information for Account Team and investigate competitor and market initiatives
• To provide an effective timely and professional service to the Client either directly or via the Account Manager
• To compile status reports and contact reports
• Responsible for organising and preparing meeting rooms for Client meetings, ensuring Agenda and presentation material are all in place
• Proof reading, data inputting and a host of other key tasks such as filing and answering incoming calls/emails to ensuring the smooth running of the account

What we are looking for…

You will need to be organised and possess the ability to multi-task, being able to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines is important as we need to deliver work on time to our clients. Communication is crucial and so the ability to be clear and concise in both your written and verbal communication is key. You will be working across a variety of different brands and Client services teams, so you will need to be able to quickly build effective working relationships with many different areas of the business and with clients. A sound knowledge of various social media platforms would be advantageous.

The role

This is a senior role as part of a dynamic team responsible for bringing together all the elements – creation, planning, management and delivery – of large-scale events. You’ll take ownership of key project elements, and we’ll want your operational, creative and strategic input on project timelines, technical run sheets, risk assessments, resource planning, business development, and a ton of other related things…

You’ll work closely with clients to build relationships, understand their business, their needs, and the industry trends affecting them. You’ll need to keep budgets and deadlines on point, negotiating contract terms with suppliers and always keeping one eye on project milestones and KPIs.

You’ll report to the Event Director, but there’ll be plenty of opportunity for you to take the initiative, working directly with production teams and external suppliers, ensuring solutions are just right. There’ll be site visits, travel (UK and international), problem-solving, adventures, surprises (always), VIPs and celebrities to manage. It won’t always be a regular nine-to-five job. It’ll be hard sometimes, hilarious often, and satisfying in the way only a top-flight event management job can be.

About you

You’re going to need energy and enthusiasm. Logistics are your bread and butter, you eat live events for breakfast, and attention to detail runs in your blood.

Great communications skills are a must (face-to-face, on the phone, and email), and you’ll be well practiced at building rapport with different types of people. You’ll set a positive and professional example to junior team members and be as comfortable presenting to clients as you are leading internal meetings. You’ll have experience across a range of clients, venues, and event types (including virtual platforms), and you’ll understand how to respond to a client brief.

You’ll be able to tell us about how these qualities have powered your past events victories – How you’ve stayed cool as a cucumber under pressure – How you took responsibility and got the job done when it counted.

We are looking for an exceptionally, strong and highly motivated Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment to manage through-the-line campaigns. You are someone who never settles for second best, and always delivers work to the highest standard to delight clients.

The team is made up of a cross-office team of highly talented individuals tasked with delivering a strategic and creative step-change communications with the development and implementation of stand-out through-the lines campaigns for a range of well-known consumer facing brands In the UK. • Demonstrating the importance of your clients’ brand by having a thorough understanding of their products, market and customers
• To deliver campaign elements from creative through to completion

You will be an excellent multitasker, with good interpersonal skills who has a passion for delivering first class customer service. You will be able to effectively manage your time, prioritising work and delivering on it. We are looking for someone who enjoys working as a part of a team as well as being able to take initiative and work independently when needed.

What is takes to become a Junior Designer at krow

- A portfolio that shows you have a good understanding of typography, layout and art direction.
- Good knowledge of Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop are essential. Some animation skills would be beneficial.
- An ability to work to a brief – You will be able to build design work into a cohesive presentation with a strong rationale to help sell your ideas.
- A desire to improve your creative craft skills and keep up to date with the latest design trends both from within and outside the industry.
- A collaborative nature – You’ll enjoy working into the senior designer and creative leads, as well as with account teams to help structure presentations and sell our work.
