About the Role :

Specifically, you will be responsible for; 

Creating and prioritise user stories backlog  
Participating in scrum events (iterations, daily stand ups and retrospectives, etc.) 
Engaging with stakeholders to ensure all processes, requirements and business rules are documented and included in the solution. Document business requirements (functional and non-functional). Deliver high level/detailed requirements through use cases, process flows etc.? 
Providing support to the Change Management/Business Readiness team to ensure change management strategies (Business Impact Assessments, training material and work/technical instructions) are in line with new business processes as applicable.? 
Identification of risks, issues, and dependencies and assist with the resolution. Additionally, provide input to any change requests that may arise.?

About You:

About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Designer to work in a team with a UX Lead and UX Designer. You will work in collaboration with product owners, engineers, and business leaders, working in a highly agile environment as part of a large digital transformation uplift program. You will be involved in the end-to-end delivery of UX & UI participating in the entire design process, from research and analysis, to design sprints, to testing and iteration.

Contributing to the delivery of digital user experience that supports and connects member needs and behaviours with business goals and objectives

About the Role :

The AEM Developer role will support the organisation while they transition to Salesforce CRM.  Assisting with other initiatives as required. 

At least 5 years of experience as AEM Developer or similar and a Bachelor Degree or higher in Computer Science or relevant field


Senior AEM Dev with some React understanding, but not necessarily required to be hands on with frontend dev tasks as there are senior React devs who are familiar with AEM.

About the Role :

The Senior Business Analyst will be working within a project that is building, maintaining & enhancing the mobile stack. 
Specifically, this role will be responsible for;
- Requirements definition and documentation (epics, features, user stories) As-is and To-be process mapping 
- Facilitation of shared understanding of business problems and technical solutions between PO and engineering 
- Supporting the validation of the solution through user testing 
- Creating and prioritise user stories backlog  
- Participating in scrum events (iterations, daily stand ups and retrospectives, etc.) 
- Stakeholder engagement to ensure all processes, requirements and business rules are documented and included in the solution. Document business requirements (functional and non-functional).
- Deliver high level/detailed requirements through use cases, process flows etc.? 
- Identification of risks, issues, and dependencies and assist with the resolution. 
- Providing functional expertise (on assigned functional areas) to solution designers, developers, testers, and business groups as needed to facilitate development, testing, training, and review client and internal communications ensuring detailed business requirements are covered in the overall solution.? 
- Requirements traceability: Ensure traceability of business requirements via input into the delivery of a requirements' traceability matrix (e.g. ALM tracing and input and updates in JIRA as applicable)?

About You:

The successful candidate will have; 

- Extensive experience of BA in an Agile environment with exposure to mobile-
3+ yrs x Experience,Relevant Bachelor Degree, vendor certificates or at least 5 years industry experience.
- In-depth understanding of financial products, processes and systems 
- Experience of simplifying complex processes, issues, problem solving and analysis 
- Extensive experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with HCD techniques
