The Creative Director articulates and champions the key values underpinning the strategic and creative execution of client accounts. He/She is the consummate professional, a strong communicator, and has a deep understanding of design trends, marketing principals, cultural issues, technologies and opportunities in online communication. This role reports to the Chief Creative Officer.

What you’ll do

· Demonstrates deep understanding of marketing principals, cultural issues and insights, technologies and opportunities in integrated communication

· In charge of creating creative ideas, campaigns and executions that question the status quo. Big bold ideas is what we look for!

· Credibly challenge assumptions and thinking to ensure best possible creative solutions

· Develop alternative and out of the box ideas to briefs/issues

· Play a lead role in the agency's relationship with clients, including presentation of creative strategies and proposals

· Ensure quality creative output by maintaining and enhancing creative standards and processes

· Oversee and support the team through all stages of campaign design and development, lead, guide and motivate till end delivery

· Liaising with the Project Management to ensure the appropriate allocation of workload

· Constantly updating creative credentials and lead award submission.

· Any experience in beauty, craftmanship and women centric categories is welcome

· A forte in storytelling and having done ATL, digital is a must.

What you’ll need

· Minimum 10 years’ experience as a creative professional in a multimedia agency, advertising agency, or design studio with a solid creative portfolio, preferably have done ATL, digital is a must.

· Strong experience and passionate in beauty, craftmanship and women centric categories

· Experience in social first strategies focusing on content tailor-made for digital platforms, consumer engagement and brand storytelling

· Collaborative, innovative, and visionary and have experience leading creative teams to the promise land of client-and-agency bliss

· Thorough knowledge of design software such as PhotoShop, Illustrator, Freehand, Quark, Flash, and HTML

· Demonstrated conceptual and strategic campaign experience.

· Strong communication skills in presenting a vision to clients and demonstrated experience strategically delegating work to design team members.

· Ability to not only direct creative teams but physically generate amazing work.

· Demonstrated ability to lead, convince and inspire in a client-service environment; proven ability to achieve results with major clients and manage team members.

· Strong understanding of information design and the topology of information for the web.

· Full understanding of browser/platform constraints as they affect online design and professional understanding of typography in both print and screen media

In this role, you are a team player who will assist the HR Team to ensure smooth delivery in all areas of HR services. The main duties and responsibilities of the HR Executive is to provide support to the Associate HR Director in delivering the full scope of HR such as but not limited to:

What you’ll do

• Work alongside with Associate HR Director in full spectrum of HR operation and administration
• Provide support on recruitment activities (job postings/ prepare employment contracts/ work passes application etc.)
• Responsible for all stages of employees’ lifecycle (on-boarding/ off-boarding/ confirmation/ employees’ letters etc.)
• Maintain, upkeep and ensure timely and accurate update of employee personal files, leave records and HR database
• Manage payroll, claims, insurance and benefits administration
• Be part of the employees’ engagement team and see-through execution of all related activities
• Support HR team on general administrative duties
• Respond to general requests/inquiries from employees as and when required
• Ad-hoc projects which will be assigned by supervisor

What you’ll need

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration
• Possess good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and maintains confidentiality
• Experience in Times Software will be advantageous
