Responsibilities:

• Perform accounting duties and assist in monthly account closing.
• Full set of account AP, AR ,GL
• Responsibility for accurate and timely accounting and reporting in accordance with Finance Reporting
• GST accounting and compliance
• Cashflow management and reporting, including petty cash.
• Monitoring of collection
• Liaise with auditor
• Liaise with tax agent in yearly income tax compilation and gather information for tax submission
• Familiarity with payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and GST legislation.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes.
• Other Ad-Hoc analysis/reporting

Qualifications:

• GCE 'O' Levels / LCCI / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience with a Diploma in Accounts/Finance, or 5+ years of experience
• Working knowledge of relevant accounting standards, tax, and GST legislation.
• Experience using SAP system is an advantage.
• Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
• Process month and end of year process, cash forecasting, bank reconciliation, revenue and expenditure.variance analysis, fixed asset activity, debt activity, etc.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Coordinate and complete annual audits and tax matters
• Submit quarterly GST returns
• lmprove systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Meet financial accounting objectives
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and reporting standards.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Degree in Finance / Accounting with more than 5 years of related working experience and able to provide Management Account before 2nd of the month
• Possess ACCA accountancy qualification will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and SAP system will be an advantageous
• Communication in English and Mandarin
