Fully responsible for stock management in the warehouse.

Perform general logistics activies such as managing inventory control, receiving, delivering, inspecting and storing of goods.

Ensure all goods are received/uploaded on truck in a systematic manner to avoid short-count or wrong items being received/delivered.

Able to track and alert Management on material shortage with latest accurate stocks' inventory update.

Provide administrative support to the team (eg: able to open Delivery Order, data entry, etc) Manage inventory and apply First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method to ensure stocks are cleared in the right manner.

To plan and organise stocks in the right section for efficient maintenance and stock control as well as to maintain good housekeeping within the warehouse.

Salary range: $2000-$2500 (negotiable depending on experience)

Patrolling:Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter and detect suspicious activity.

Monitor and report any irregularities or hazards.

Access Control:Manage entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized personnel gain access.

Check identification and credentials of visitors and employees.

Monitor visitor logs and ensure that visitors follow established procedures.

Emergency Response:Respond quickly to alarms and emergency situations, such as fire, medical emergencies, or security breaches.

Coordinate with emergency services if necessary and follow established emergency procedures.

Enforcing Policies and Procedures:Ensure that company policies and safety protocols are followed.

Handle situations involving rule violations or conflicts according to company guidelines.

Property Inspection:Inspect and ensure the functionality of security systems and equipment, such as alarms and locks.

JOB SCOPE :

1. Oversee all projects to ensure completion on time within scope and budget.
2. Able to lead the whole project team independently and effectively to bring out the best of each individual.
3. Observe proper construction safety and its requirements for our site team to follow. Ensure that the team adhere to all regulatory requirements and comply with high safety standards.
4. Ensure all construction and installation activities meet quality standards and comply with respective architecture requirements, within our scope of work and supply.
5. Able to control and allocate tasks to respective site manager, supervisors and workers effectively.
6. Implement the strategies, plans & coordinate with all sub-contractors / suppliers to ensure they are able to perform / supply materials within stipulated lead time smooth project handover, without delay.
7. Attend and cater to main contractors' / consultants' needs and requirements where possible in order to provide sound advice on alternative plans if needed.
8. Recognize and solve potential problems and evaluate project accordingly.
9. To be able to provide regular operational progress report to the Project Director. Communicate effectively between internal management, team and main contractors.
10. Perform any other ad hoc duties.

JOB SCOPE :

1. Familiar with architectural works in construction industry. Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings and contract specifications.
2. Able to interpret drawings and details.
3. Attend construction's meetings, monitors and processes site queries, prepares reports and performs other ancillary administrative responsibilities related to assigned projects.
4. To coordinate with other team members and subcontractors to resolve any challenges. Review project specifications, technical clarifications, review the accuracy of construction drawings, charts and forms.
5. Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants and sub contractors on technical matters including assigning and monitoring daily tasks and communication, as well as creating reports and updates for the project manager and other members of the management.
6. Assist with quality control measures to ensure our team are able to meet the project's specification and industry standards.
7. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all on-site activities including daily reports, progress updates and any incidents.
8. To ensure works carried out meet company's quality standards & contractual requirements.
9. To assist Site Management in project planning, co-ordination of all architectural finishing works.
