Responsibilities

• Process payments for the Group of Companies

Qualification

Experience

• Min 3-5 year of relevant experience in finance and accounting especially in a MNC companies
• Sound knowledge in Singapore and International Financial Reporting Standards and local statutory reporting requirement
• Hands-on experience in preparing multi entity full set accounts and in compliance with accounting standards
• Good Excel Skills, experience with SAP and ACCPAC will be an added advantage.

The Finance Executive supports the finance department in carrying out the responsibilities of the finance department. He/She is involved in work that is specific to accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax filing, data compilation, billing or other accounting tasks. In some instances, he may work specifically with accruals, fixed assets accounting or the monthly and yearly finalisation of accounts for audit purposes. The Events and Sales Executive is responsible and accountable for management of venue hire, working with the Events Manager to develop the venue hire offer in order to meet the needs of our diverse audience. A creative individual with a passion for event management and sales, the Event and Sales Executive will have responsibility for implementing the venue hire strategy, setting, achieving and exceeding financial targets, developing and implementing marketing strategies, which promote the venue hire, developing key relationships and ensuring events, are managed effectively by the Operations team.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

· To create an attractive venue hire experience in line with the Zouk brand
