Due to the ongoing expansion of our operations, we're on the lookout for Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers to join our team in Droylsden
As the friendly face of our business hitting the road, you'll be responsible for delivering a variety of goods to customers on behalf of our in-house supply chain solutions. These deliveries are tailor-made for lone workers, making each drop as easy as possible.
You'll largely be in charge of your own schedule throughout the day, but fear not – a team of managers and colleagues will be on hand in depot if you have any issues. We're seeking individuals who can bring a positive attitude to the role, desiring a stable, long-term environment that respects the delicate balance between work and life.
Your Schedule: Monday – Friday, delivering during regular office hours.
License Requirements: Full driving license.
Your Duties as a Delivery Driver Include:
- Being an ambassador for the Company, not just during deliveries but also while on the road, representing us in the best light.
- Performing daily checks on your vehicle, ensuring it's roadworthy, and maintaining a safe and lawful driving practice.
- Loading up your van each morning, confirming the load with a handheld scanning device, and securing it before hitting the road.
- Adapting to customer needs to provide top customer service.
- Following our health and safety guidelines to guarantee a safe journey home for all staff.
Who is our ideal Delivery Driver:
- Reliable, approachable, flexible, with a good sense of humour and excellent communication skills.
- Confident enough to handle a 3.5-ton 'Transit' size van and physically fit, and keen on a long-term position as part of a team.
