The Data Entry Administrator will play a key role in supporting our fundraising and donor management operations by ensuring accurate data input into our CRM system. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with CRM systems and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update donor and fundraising data into the CRM system
- Verify and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Process donations and manage transaction records efficiently
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis for internal departments
- Support various departments with data-related tasks as required
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Perform general administrative tasks as necessary
Skills & Qualifications:
- Mandatory experience using CRM systems for data input and management
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with data protection requirements
