2. Specific part of the position

• Prepare, plan and evaluate the sales plan to entire company, in order to achieve profitable and planned growth and the objectives of the department.
• Analyse, know the market and actual competency market, defining actions to increase the market share, working and developing additional services, to improve the positioning of the company.
• Lead, plan and supervise the development of new business and the opening of new areas / fields based on the market analysis, results obtained and logistics orientations of current customers.
• Supervise compliance with the ratios (visits made, purchasing customers, deviation on objectives, etc.) identify areas to improvement and implement action plans that allow achieve maximum profitability.
• Supervise and control the necessary expenses and investments and define the incentive policy for your sales team.

The ideal candidate will have: ​

• Economic Sciences Degree, ADE or similar complemented with an MBA.
• Continuous training in sales team management and business management.
• Languages: Advanced Spanish and English level is mandatory.
• User level of the complete Office package.

THE JOB

The Director of House of Blues / Brooklyn Bowl Experience Marketing will work closely with the Vice President of Experience Marketing in building and driving end to end national marketing strategies for 10 House of Blues & 3 Brooklyn Bowl venues around the country, focusing on all experience related lines of business including restaurant, Foundation Room, and Bowling. By leveraging data and partnering with Venue Nation partners across operations, fan and artist hospitality, this role will lead national experience initiatives to drive our business forward while showcasing and celebrating the heart and soul that makes both businesses so unique.

As part of a heavily matrixed organization, this role will also be responsible for ensuring the mission statements and values for each business drive best practices, business objectives and priorities that can be clearly communicated and implemented by a team of marketers working across different organizations around the country.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Lead the creation of strategic roadmaps & integrated marketing plans for our House of Blues and Brooklyn Bowl lines of business.
• Ensure program development and rollouts are streamlined and executed smoothly
• Communicate with subject area experts across Brand, operations, restaurant, special events & more to develop marketing & communication strategies for the business
• Align internal partners as well as external agencies via strategic briefs, design, copy, website content, social content, media buying, and others as needed based on the initiative.
• Use data based decision making to evolve business strategy based on both guest & business needs.
• Ensure there is transparency & communication between HOB General Managers / BB managers & their marketers, help address concerns as they come up

• Leverage data to develop and drive programs to increase frequency of concertgoers

This position will work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to understand, measure, and present financial opportunities to Prime’s clients.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with peers, negotiators, and Prime’s clients to model and track rebate and cost saving opportunities; support rebate related product development and implementation
• Demonstrate an understanding of rebate guarantees, pharmaceutical manufacturer rebate agreements, drug trends, and requirements to optimize client savings; identify potential barriers to implement strategies and effectively collaborate to align on a path forward
• Complete analysis to support formulary and medical drug management strategies and contract analysis recommendations for client
• Develop client specific models which support formulary strategy recommendations, working with partners in negotiation, specialty, clinical, and government programs to formulate aligned recommendations
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to provide client specific support for rebate savings and account reconciliation reporting; identify and realize Best in Care (Valued Based) strategies; support rebate related products and provide consultation on drug strategies to enhance client adoption and rebate value
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
• 8 years of related work experience Trade/Rebates, PBM healthcare or insurance
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• OR-
• PharmD or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy degree
• Current pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy in the State where the position is located
• 3 years of related work experience in Trade/Rebates, PBM healthcare or insurance
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

• Excellent oral and written presentation skills, with demonstrated communication and financial presentation skills to all levels of management

Summary

Product and Healthcare Service (P&HS) IT team delivers enterprise level technology stack, products, and platforms supporting key enterprise functions including Supply Chain, ERP, 3PL and Distribution.

The  IT Director,  Manufacturing and Distribution will be part of our P&HS function and report directly to the Head of P&HS IT. IT Director,  Manufacturing and Distribution, you will be responsible for leading and handling all aspects of the 3PL, Distribution, Warehouse Management and Manufacturing technology functions within our organization. You will play a critical role in driving digital transformation and leveraging technology to optimize our operations.

This position is at the center of one of the company’s focus areas for growth and you will be critical in helping identify, evaluate, and translate opportunities in the marketplace. In this role, the candidate will report to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Business Development Biologics US East Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US East Coast Area, targeting biotech and biopharmaceutical companies in need of contract CMC and GMP manufacturing services for their biologic drug candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in client organizations, including business development leads and project managers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including scientific, technical, and operations teams, to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements and align with our capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, Ph.D., or equivalent) is preferred.
• Proven track record of success in business development within the biopharmaceutical or CDMO industry, ideally with a focus on the US East Coast market.
• In-depth knowledge of the biotech and biopharmaceutical landscape, including an understanding of drug discovery & development processes, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
• Strong network of contacts within the biotech and biopharmaceutical community in the US East Coast Area is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex scientific and technical concepts to diverse audiences.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be

 $138,600 to $200,000 ;  Base salary offered may vary depending on individual’s skills, experience and competitive market value.
