The Clinical Contact Center Chief Nurse will provide executive leadership and direct supervision to the Nurse Managers over the Clinical Contact Center nursing staff and other employees as assigned. This position is created to promote and accelerate the international expansion in Asia Pacific region. The Investments and M&A team is instrumental in originating, analysing, and executing M&A opportunities and strategic analysis. The individual in this role will analyse and execute worldwide strategic investments and divestments (M&A, partnerships, greenfield) and will be directly responsible for the deal execution process in allocated geographies and deals: valuation, offer preparation, due diligence coordination, deal negotiation and internal approvals. Responsibilities

• Drive investment strategy development in collaboration with senior leadership to develop and refine the investment strategy for the APAC region, aligning with corporate objectives and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
• At least 10 years in core valuation, M&A, corporate finance or investment analysis. Big4, Investment Banking or Private Equity background is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of valuation (FCFF and FCFE), financing, accounting, and strategic analysis.
• M&A due diligence and deal negotiation (SPA, SHA, JDA, JV) experience required. Deal execution experience within APAC region countries is strongly desired.
• Experience in the Energy or Infrastructure sector, preferably in renewables, is required.
• Strong teamwork skills. Ability to manage empathetically interdepartmental relations within APAC regions and local Headquarters.
