This is a fulltime position working Monday to Friday 1800 - 0300

Main duties will include but not be limited to:

Ensuring production areas cleaned up to the hygiene standards
Cleaning machinery, tools and equipment
Using industrial pressure washers
Maintain Industrial Hygiene Standards
Adhering to cleaning instructions and schedules
Completion of tasks in a timely manner to meet daily targets
Adhere to food safety standards
Store and maintain tools and equipment to company standard
Participate in any training required

This is a fulltime position working Monday to Friday

0600 - finish (minimum 40 hours per week) - Dayshift

1800 - 0300 - Nights

Main duties will include but not be limited to:

Ability to identify individual vacuum - packed cuts of meat and placing them in to containers / boxes
Pick, pack, weigh, scan offal products (red and green offal)
Stock movement from one location to another ready for despatch
Sealing blue plastic bags on freezer line
Placing bags on Cryovac machine
Completion of tasks in a timely manner to meet daily targets
Maintain cleanliness within your work area
Adhere to food safety standards during all stages of food production
Perform prestart, hygiene and safety checks
Straightening pre pack bags on production line
Placing boxes / trays on correct pallets for customers orders
Participate in any training required

Perform boning, butchering, trimming and finishing tasks at line speed
Processing beef and lamb at the required speed
Operate and maintain tools and machinery on the slaughter line
Splitting carcasses, skinning, passport checking (ID & Scan)
Trimming (fat, contamination, foreign bodies)
Completion of tasks in a timely manner to meet daily targets
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within your work area
Adhere to food safety standards during all stages of food production
Perform prestart, hygiene and safety checks
Store and maintain tools and equipment to company standard
Participate in any training required

This is a fulltime permanent position working Monday to Friday 0600 - finish (minimum 40 hours per week).

Main duties will include but not be limited to:

Loading and unloading vehicles for deliveries and collections in a timely and safe manner
Ensuring yard is clean and audit ready at all times
Deliver packaging to departments
Stock checking and stock taking
Organising waste collection
Assisting production when required
Loading containers with materials
