Updating and re-sequencing make up stands in major high street retailers, working with leading brands such as L’Oréal Paris, Nyx Professional Make Up, Max Factor, Rimmel and Maybelline.

Momentum Instore have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Beauty Merchandiser on a flexible basis, working 8-hour days Monday to Friday as and when we have projects (2025).

We have a busy 6 weeks from the start of January 2025 (schedules of work to be given in December) and are looking for key people in your location. Paid training days will take place in December and paid before Christmas.

Work throughout 2025 on a project-by-project basis.

Role and Responsibilities


Visiting retailers and using detailed planograms to update the stand (attention to detail)
Moving and installing new parts around and resequencing stock according to a new planogram
Changing over the visuals/graphics
Maintaining the stand, keeping it looking fresh for customers that visit the store

Instrumental Music Instructor - Scottish Drumming - fixed term until 05/01/2027

Salary: £35,190 - £46,773 (pro-rata for part time)
Hours: 19.60 per week (0.56FTE, 2 days and a morning)

This is an exciting opportunity to teach in various schools across Edinburgh and be part of a dynamic and friendly service. We are looking for a highly skilled Instrumental Music Instructor, who is passionate and driven, to provide excellent Scottish Drumming learning experiences for all pupils. The successful candidate will have experience in instrumental teaching, with a sound knowledge of the current curriculum, preparing pupils for SQA and external exams, as well as working with groups and ensembles.

Salaries will be in accordance with the Scheme of Salaries and Conditions of Service for Teaching Staff in School Education.

This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will be required to provide this check. An unconditional offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the outcome of both these pre-employment checks being deemed satisfactory.
