• Develops and maintains databases and spreadsheets to collect and track information. Responsible for administering and monitoring electronic records systems in order to compile reports, produce charts and graphs.
• Tracks office suspense dates, maintains government credit cards, manages correspondence, travel, training metrics, property accountability.
• Provides administrative support to Office of Chief Counsel in the development, implementation and maintenance of plans, programs, and procedures relating to functions of the organization.
• Develops a variety of correspondence that requires a technical understanding of work performed by the attorneys. Ensures the technical and grammatical correctness of all correspondence generated.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
