Key Responsibilities:
As an Executive Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our dynamic team. Some of your tasks will include:
• Supporting senior staff members in their daily duties including administrative tasks.
• Managing the main company inbox
• Updating the company website with fresh and engaging content.
• Managing social media accounts to post newsletters, announcements, and job opportunities.
• Providing IT support by liaising with external IT specialists.
• Ensuring office supplies are fully stocked and readily available.
• Auditing job adverts to maintain quality and consistency.
• Assisting HR with onboarding new employees and sending terms of business.
• Preparing interview confirmations and resolving CRM and website issues.
• Supporting the annual Health & Safety audit.

To Be Successful in this Executive Assistant Role, you may have worked as aOperations Assistant, Office Coordinator, HR Assistant, Recruitment Coordinator, Marketing Administrator, Business Support Executive, IT Support Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Business Administrator, Office Administrator Social Media Coordinator, Health & Safety Administrator. It would also be desirable if you have had previous financial experience using Xero to send and chase up invoices.
