The Regional Assistant Retail Education Manager plays a key role in driving and animating the Makeup category, digital and client experience education strategy in Travel Retail Asia Pacific (TR APAC). As the subject matter expert in Makeup, you will be an integral part of the regional training team to adapt and create content for estimate population of 700 Beauty Consultants across 250 doors in the APAC region. You will lead the Makeup specialist development plan and build a community of passionate Dior Color Stylists and Makeup Artists.

With responsibility to support transversal projects within digital learning, you will manage makeup e-modules and drive BC engagement within this digital learning community. Together with the education and marketing team, you will collaborate to organize events such as BC seminars, Train-the-Trainers (TTT) and other engagement activities.

Reporting to the Regional Senior Retail Education Manager, you will also work closely with the Training Managers to support their training content needs, and with the Regional Marketing team to refine retail tools, services and exciting experiences for our customers.

YOUR MISSION _________

MAKEUP CATEGORY TRAINING

• Be the voice of Travel Retail APAC for Makeup Education
• Adapt and transmit centrally-created Makeup training modules and tools for TR APAC, collaborating with Regional Makeup Marketing and each market’s Training Managers (TM) on needs and strategy. 
• Deliver Train-the-trainer to TMs on key makeup modules including novelties, integration, professionalization, and specialization level.
• Closely follow global and regional Makeup trends, transmitting them to the field team through creation of digital content and videos.
• Work closely with the Digital Training project team to digitalize makeup modules.
• Together with the Regional Training team, produce Generic Staff 3-axis training modules and tools.
• Work with vendors to translate and proof-read Makeup training content developed by Central and/or Regional.
• Collect feedback to continuously improve quality of materials to address the markets’ needs, provide advice for category and trade marketing and business development teams on services. 
• Plan Makeup learning calendar and maintain Makeup modules library, ensuring that all content is available in a timely manner to support launch calendar and Makeup curriculum.

• Adapt Makeup services according to the region’s needs and implement in timely manner (with launches, new openings etc.) 

MAKEUP SPECIALISTS’ DEVELOPMENT AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

• Plan and rollout yearly Makeup Specialist certifications with every market.
• Build field team’s passion in Makeup, identify and develop Makeup Specialists (Color Stylists & Makeup Artists).
• Build field team’s makeup expertise, makeup demonstration and application, and selling skills through seminars/ webinars, digital and/or physical.
• Maintain frequent communication with Makeup community via the digital training app, share relevant retail information and social media buzz updates. 
• Work closely with markets to consolidate and share key insights on Chinese and Local consumer trends and selling approach.

• Forecasting of grooming products and gifts for Makeup specialists & BCs and ensure timely order for on-counter date.

• Support the Senior Retail Education Manager with budget updates on tools, grooming and gifting expenses.

MAKEUP SERVICES AND TOOLS

• Lead the implementation of Makeup services, adapted to the format of market’s needs, from on-counter to animations/VIP events.
• Ensure a consistent standard of makeup service excellence across key boutiques, with expert consultations, artistry skills and cross-selling capabilities.
• Train-the-trainer on Makeup Retail tools (Lip Tool etc.) and Makeup services (consultation, pampering, masterclasses).
• Responsible for the update of Makeup Retail Tools for the POS
• Collect feedback and provide advice for makeup category marketing and business development teams on retail tools and services. 

PLAN MAKEUP LEARNING CALENDAR AND MAINTAIN MAKEUP MODULES LIBRARY

• Provide a clear roadmap of the learning support provided and required from various stakeholders.
• To download the centrally-created modules into the regional SharePoint folders, releasing the adapted content in a timely manner to ensure ample support for launches, and maintaining an organized library of modules for trainers.

BC SEMINAR / SPECIALIST SEMINAR / GOLDEN STAR NOMINEES

• Be a key member of the organizing committee of regional key events.

As the Manager of Software Implementation & Vessel Performance, your pivotal role within the technical department revolves around ensuring the successful implementation of new Ship Management Software across all ships and shore offices. What you will be doing:
You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work closely with the Academy team to handle our company's ongoing projects. You will be working with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.

Key Responsibilities:

The following will vary and be influenced by project, but in principle it will apply to most projects:

Client:

• Responsible for maintaining and developing a portfolio (luxury brands) by understanding their current situation and challenges facing them translate these objectives into internal solutions and coordinate with multiple teams within CXG and external consultants to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
• Build professional image and maintain good relationships with key customers
• Identify key contact at potential client companies to establish and foster relationships
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently
• Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business

• Collect client feedback and their experience on the project

Consultant/trainer:

• Building extending relationship with associate consultants
• Provide support and care to associate consultants during project

Manage vendors:

• Sourcing vendor to accomplish different client needs
• Compare and negotiate quotation with service vendor
• Managing financial transactions under service agreement
• Supervising task progress and work quality of service vendor

Manage projects:

• Lead clients meetings to communicate and diagnose client’s needs
• Confirm with client the objectives and planned benefits of the project
• Define the scope of the project, and if not already in place the delivery strategy through proposal
• Create an effective organization for the project including all key roles and responsibilities
• Plan the project, listing timetable, milestones, and management processes to be employed
• Develop financial and budget controls for the project (OPM / Operating profits margin)
• Lead the team in all phases of the project including associate consultants
• Ensure risks are understood and are being mitigated successfully.
• Organize internal preparation meetings and rehearsal as necessary
• Communicate effectively with and manage stakeholders
• Regularly assess progress in relation to plan and implement appropriate control processes and monitor project cost and budget performance .
• Liaise and negotiate with any internal or external party or partner as required to ensure best OPM of the project
• Ensure all issues are being managed in the most timely manner
• Develop recovery plans when a project is not expected to meet any of its targets or constraints

• Delivering engaging presentations summary for the client (in front of top executives) that will have an impact on maintaining and developing the relationship.

• University Degree in Management, Business, Marketing or Communication, Master’s Degree preferred:
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in account management in B2B related to brand communication, research, consulting, preferably in a retail environment, hospitality environment, training or market research industry.

• Identify training needs and formulate winning strategies for Education across respective markets to support their business needs and objectives.
• Lead and facilitate the regional educators in planning, developing, and implementing strategies and projects.
• Ensure TR & SEA-specific retail excellence with the client-centric approach in all Education programs and activities are executed in line with Makeup FOR EVER’s standards & values.
• Collaborate with and influence the International Edu team to fulfill market needs such as events and training programs.
• Lead Retail Operation Executive SG to ensure the smooth running of store operations to push sellout.

Your Mission 

Strategy Planning & Training 

• Develop and adapt education materials to address the business environment's and customers' needs.  
• Lead and coach educators to implement training programs and strategies.
• Follow up and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and activities and provide recommendations to markets.
• Design and execute the planned retail & education curriculum, digital learning APP, and grooming guidelines for the retail team to optimize productivity to achieve the overall sell-through objectives.
• Assist educators in planning training calendars and budgets to meet the overall business, sales, and marketing objectives.
• Work with educators to improve the field team’s brand & product knowledge, make-up skills, and selling techniques.
• Plan and deliver training according to market needs – Singapore Local Market and TR-specific training.  
• Maintain a keen understanding of competitors' training trends and best practices.
• Plan for forecast training gifts and testers with educators.

People Development 

• Collaborate with educators & retail team to identify and develop talents to advocate and implement “The Makeup Artist Journey.”
• Provide regular Train-the-Trainer workshops to educators and the retail team.
• Train and provide certification for regional educators and field teams on in-house development programs.
• Map out regional educators’ development with the HQ education team and arrange workshops to elevate skills.
• Motivate and engage the field team by organizing key events, e.g., expert seminars, BA dinners, and contests.

Retail Excellence 

• Design service flow adapted to different market needs.
• Incorporate relevant processes and guidelines into specific training programs to ensure the best service quality and grooming that aligns with the desired brand image.
• Monitor expert grooming standards and implement seasonal makeup looks and attire to promote newness.
• Actively participate in the launch animation planning with the marketing and retail team.
• Gather customer & field team’s product feedback and relay it to marketing for review.
• Work with Marketing & Retail functions to formulate responses and follow up on customer complaints.
• Support HPPs, makeup shows, livestreams, in-store events, or other events sponsored by the brand.

Collaboration & Bridging The Markets 

• To be the face of Education in respective markets & establish good relationships with all the education departments of all TR and market partners.
• Maintain a good relationship with other markets’ education teams, seek opportunities for cross-over projects, and exchange best practices.
• Collaborate with HQ on specific project implementation and adaptation to TR APAC & SEAO markets.

Managing Retail Operations for Sephora SG

Lead and manage Retail Operation Executive, SG to:

1. Ensure smooth running of store operations - sufficient stocks & testers, merchandising, beauty events, in-store activities, and customer loyalty development.
2. Conduct regular check on merchandising and gondola maintenance and provide feedback to the Marketing/VM team
3. support the selling effort.
4. Conduct demos/talks/workshops for consumers during key launch activities
5. Monthly submission of competitors’ launches, promo mechanics, and animation spaces to Marketing.
6. Provide Sephora floor layout when the regional VM team requires such.
7. Commission and duty roster for MUEs in selected Sephora stores.
