High Street today is a happy, hardworking and caring school in the centre of the town. It was inspected in February 2023 and was confirmed as being a good school. Liaise with study teams regarding the provision of information on local targets such as accrual figures, recruitment statistics and query resolution rates.



Ensure recruitment accruals are uploaded to the Local Portfolio Management System.



Monitor and report on Trust performance against nationally agreed research initiation and delivery targets to the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR).

Lexicraft Ltd are recruiting for a Warehouse Supply Operative Apprentice. The successful candidate will work towards completing a Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Apprenticeship over the duration of 15 months.

Job Details:
• Supporting the Team Leader: Logistics and the Purchasing, Stores & Logistics Manager with Purchasing, Stores
& Logistics in the Logistics Department and attain Production targets within budget to meet set targets of the
business.
• Hands on approach, handling specialist responsibilities in Purchasing, Stores & Logistics such as Logistics:
Despatch, OP16 Scheduling, Shipping Systems & Procedures, assisting receiving deliveries, Final Inspection
(checking for damaged/missing items), Purchasing & Assessment of Suppliers, QT9 Suppliers Module, Plastic
Preparation, Senator Guillotine Operation, Slitter Operation & Purchasing, Stores & Logistics Fault Finding.
• Assisting with the storing of stock, moving stock by various methods, picking, and packing orders, loading goods
for dispatch, maintaining stock records, documentation on our in-house systems EFACS.
• Use of a range of various equipment, machinery, and vehicles relevant to the Warehouse & Logistics Operative
Apprentice role including racking systems, material handling and forklift trucks.
• Undertaking training to self-develop skills in the Purchasing, Stores & Logistics Department including training
and development, appraisals, communication, structures by setting & maintain a team culture.
• Ensuring the Purchasing, Stores & Logistics Department is fit for purpose and presented to an excellent,
professional standard to satisfy Quality Standards.
• Resolving the Purchasing, Stores & Logistics Department technical issues & processes, including maintenance,
problem solving and dealing with Quality issues accordingly.
• Liaising with all personnel in Purchasing, Stores & Logistics Department & all Production areas across LXC
including Operations, Commercial, Customer Service, Design & Quality Health & Safety to achieve set goals &
objectives of the business adhering to Health & Safety Standards throughout the business.

Maths and English Grade 4 or above

Hours of work:
Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm, 2 x 15 minutes am & pm. 30 Mins Lunch (Unpaid). 40 hours per week

We are looking for someone who will be excellent at the duties of:

• Standardising induction and ongoing training programmes group-wide.
• Centralising training records and matrixes.
• Implementing and tracking all that is associated with the above on an ongoing basis.
• Research, investigation incorporation and dissemination of the latest evidence-based practice, in context with each unique service in the group.
• Mandating and facilitation of NVQ's level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care for the Care staff teams.
• Whilst having the other core responsibility of delivery/facilitation of all mandatory training and associated record-keeping and being the group go-to person, for all training and professional development needs.
• Signposting further opportunities for professional development.

To succeed in the role you will need to have:

• Experience of training & coaching (creating and delivering)
• Qualified NVQ Assessor and preferably Verifier (Internal or external)
• Preferably an AET (PTLLS), even better if you have CET or DET (or equivalent)
• Previous care management experience would be advantageous.
• Bags of empathy, energy and personality.
• Any experience of teaching people with dyslexia or other special needs could also be advantageous.
• Solid knowledge of NVQ's lvl 2 & 3 in Health and Social Care
• Any knowledge of Professional and Practice Development Facilitation.
• Demonstrable knowledge of and experience delivering Mandatory Training
