How You will Contribute:

The role focuses primarily on Procurement transactional/spot buy activities. He/she drives better spend compliance & consolidation by checking and channeling the PR to the right procurement process. • Review and rate external fieldwork suppliers’ performances at the end of fieldwork.
• Communicate effectively with external suppliers and internal teams, including escalation control and feedback.
• Ensure final updates are sent to external suppliers and costs approved before allowing them to issue an invoice.
• Negotiate cost adjustments as needed based on performance or changes in field.
• Pro-actively look for alternative suppliers (sourcing) to expand M3 Global Research supplier network and present to procurement leadership team for review and vetting.
• Monitor costs and performance of external suppliers over time to develop priority based on cost efficiency and feasibility.
• Monitor and adhere to ISO requirements for supplier compliance. Assist with compliance documentation and audits as needed.
• Update partner information, changes, or paperwork in internal partner tracking system.

To manage the daily operations of a store. Effectively manage the sales, operations, marketing administration of a store and to meet or exceed the business targets of sales, profitability, ROI.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the financial performance of the store against targets daily, Weekly, Bi -Weekly & Monthly basis, report to snr. management on a daily basis
• Develop and implement staff reporting & review mechanisms to track operational performance
• Drive the Sales plans, monitor and analyze the sales data in coordination with the Floor manager / Sales Staff to ensure that the store targets are met
• Ensure adequate level of staffing in the store
• Ensure adherence of the staff to the Code of Conduct
• Ensure that all the commercial compliance is carried out as per the guidelines
• Ensure the maintenance of stock level and its replenishment as per the sales and customer preferences on a daily basis
• Manage customer queries and complaints as per the guidelines, work towards customer delight
• Identify and engage with high profile and regular customers to extend better services, provide out of the box solutions to delight the customer
• Ideate/Implement store level marketing calendar and plan to ensure more walk-ins
• Nominate staff to undergo training on a regular basis
• Monitor the wellbeing and welfare of the staff
• Develop and maintain relationship and network with competitors to leverage leading practices learning to improve store level processes
• Be present during store opening and closing hours
• Step into ANY role in case of absences

Requirements :

• More than 10 yrs of working experience in related industry
• Multilingual - Tamil, Hindi, English required, knowledge of additional languages will be an added bonus
• Excellent people management skill required
• Ability to meet targets and provide a balanced work atmosphere to staff
