Position Summary: We are looking for Senior Member of Technical Staff who is an experienced software engineer preferably in public and private cloud environments to join our clinical team in Bengaluru – ITPL (Whitefield)
Team: Ideal candidate would be working on Clinical Quality Reporting product, which is at the forefront for clinicians and providers. The dashboard provides options to manage Custom Quality Programs for Payers and Practices.
Education, Experience, & Skills Required:
· 5 to 8 years of experience in an engineering role
· Experience in an Agile environment preferred.
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
· Significant software engineering skills and computer science experience
· Expertise in any modern programming languages, added advantage - If have great exposure to Java and Java ecosystem frameworks, Ex Spring.
· Knowledge of Unix/Linux, Big Data, SQL, NoSQL, and various other technologies
· Experience with object-oriented programming, RESTful API, WebUI (HTML 5), and Modern JS frameworks like ReactJS
· Exposure to Cloud infrastructure, AWS is preferred.
· Good exposure to any of the scripting languages/ any of the infrastructure as code tools ex: terraform, bicep templates, and sparkle formation.
· Should be good in cross-collaboration with different scrum teams, interacting with the PO, requirements analysis, and finalizing the requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
· Produce accurate, unambiguous solution approach for the technical design specifications to the appropriate detail.
· Deliver customer value in the form of high-quality software components and services in adherence with RPR policies on Security, performance, longevity, and Integration testing
· Proactively Identifies and proposes new, optimized solutions to create scalable implementations and achieve results.
· Keeps current on industry trends, maintaining broad knowledge over a variety of technologies.
· Write, debug, and deploy code to production; deliver timely fixes
· Adhere to DOD (definition of done) as part of the sprint, including unit tests, functional testing, code reviews, no regressions, bug fixes, and documentation, and adhere to best coding practices
· Perform peer code reviews to ensure quality standards.
· Analyzes code, logs, and system behavior as part of advanced troubleshooting.
· Understand and follow coding conventions, architectures, and best practices; hold other members of the team accountable for doing so
· Accurately estimates story points
· Ability to critique technical documentation as needed
