Responsibilities include:

• Running a daily route where you will be resolving customer pest concerns and issues

• Maintaining truck and equipment in proper working order

• Keeping accurate records of treatments provided

• Mixing, applying, and working with pesticides following state and federal laws

• Serve as the subject matter expert for your customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs

• Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures

Job Summary

The Director, Quality Management provides strategic oversight, leadership and direction to the Quality function and will be accountable for the CHPS (Cardinal Health Packaging Solutions – repackaging & bulk up) business unit within the Cardinal Health Pharmaceutical Segment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the release of final product before distribution to the market, including submission (by ensuring preparation of the adequate documentation) of the product.

• As the head of the Quality Team for CHPS, ensure release of the final product in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, with the marketing authorization and regulatory requirements.

• Manages deviations related to final product packaging components and/or raw materials disposition (e.g. root cause analysis, CAPA plan identification and follow-up) in a timely manner.

• Ensures CAPAs for which the team is responsible are followed and closed within defined timelines.

• Must be able to approve emergency change controls but understanding the nature of the content including intermediate steps and make the link with the final product and any regulatory requirement.

• Understands release product issue and evaluate their potential impact on product quality and compliance.

• Escalates complex issues to leadership in a timely manner.

• Manages professional employees, frontline supervisors and business support staff while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

• Prioritizes and ensures work is delivered in an efficient way.

• Provides daily problem solving.

• Represents Quality in meetings related to his/her area of responsibility internally and externally.

Qualifications

• Bachelors and Advanced degree in related field or equivalent work experience, preferred.

• 10+ years’ experience in Biopharma, Pharmaceutical or Medical Device regulated fields.

• At least 7-10 years of relevant work experience with 21 CFR 210, 211 in the FDA regulated industry (Pharmaceutical or Medical Device), ISO and/or DEA regulated environments.

• Experience with equipment qualification, software validation, test method validation, and/or process validation.

• Works well with others and understand how to be successful in a team environment, especially since customer facing.

• Detail oriented, organized, able to multi-task, a self-starter and self-motivated.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel and possesses strong technical writing skills.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience in application penetration testing, with a focus on web and mobile applications.

How you will create an impact

• Conduct crystal box application penetration tests on web and mobile applications to identify security vulnerabilities, including but not limited to SQL injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), authentication bypass, and more.
• Utilize a combination of manual testing, automated tools, and manual code analysis to identify weaknesses and potential entry points.
• Collaborate closely with development teams and application security engineers to communicate findings, propose remediation strategies, and guide the implementation of fixes.
• Perform security assessments based on industry standards and frameworks.
• Stay up to date with emerging security threats, attack vectors, and mitigation techniques to enhance our testing methodologies and remediation options.
• Document and report test findings, including vulnerability details, risk ratings using OWASP Risk Rating methodology, and remediation recommendations, in a clear and concise manner.
• Contribute to the development of testing methodologies, tools, and leading practices within the application security team.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to developers regarding secure coding practices and vulnerability remediation relevant to their code base.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

Conducts Quality audits of products assuring company standards are maintained and product integrity is preserved. Consults with management to resolve quality, production, and efficiency problems. Functions as an information source to employees when quality issues occur.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Under close supervision, acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks. Fulfill duties in accordance with requirements of the QSR regulations, the ISO-9001 standard, Corporate and on-site policies and procedures.
• Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.
• Develop plans by conducting analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories.
• Works on assignments that are routine in nature; determines whether or not communications regarding company equipment are complaints and whether or not complaints might be reportable to the FDA.
• Analyzes equipment complaints to determine the probability that the reported problem is resolved and, if not, whether additional action to resolve the problem needs to be taken.
• Assures laboratory equipment and instrumentation is calibrated and properly maintained
• Performs operation, including routine maintenance/cleaning for analytical instruments to ensure proper operation.
• Documents investigation steps and results.
• Communicates with company personnel to investigate complaints.
• Follows all policies, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required.

Job Summary:
Teledyne Advanced Electronic Solutions' has an exciting opportunity as a Quality Compliance Manager.  The Quality Compliance Manager is responsible to oversee and manage Teledyne Advanced Electronic Solution Compliance Program as defined in the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) policies, processes and procedure, functioning as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization, and to ensure that the system in compliance with all applicable customer, AS9100D, AS9145, APQP and regulatory requirements.

Detailed Description:

• Responsible for the internal quality audit program.
• Conduct and support internal quality audits to ensure conformance to AS9100 and other applicable standards.  Audits encompass both Program and Operations activities.
• Manage AS9100 Registrar system by tracking and assisting corrective action process for findings from audits.  
• Oversight of the AS9100 certification of the TAES Lewisburg Site
• Facilitate 2nd and 3rd Party compliance audits.
• Facilitate Customer audits and survey.
• Track, Manage, and drive aged CAR ,SCAR, and audit action list.
• Facilitate, orchestrate teams, and complete government audit.
• QMS coordination with Corporate Teledyne Brown Huntsville QMS team.
• Administer and manage TAES documents for the site by ensuring they are maintained and being followed by the business. 

Requirements:

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience as determined by TAES.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
• Knowledge and experience with AS9100 / AS9145 / APQP are critical.
• Candidate should have substantial experience in preparation and managing 3rd party audits/auditors.
• Lead auditor experience or a certification in auditing is strongly preferred.
• Experience with root cause analysis.
• Ability and experience to mentor and guide others.

What’s the role?

As a Field Service Technician, you get to work with an astonishing team that plays a vital role in Carl Zeiss Industrial Quality Solutions, LLC. Show case your skills and experience by process enhancements focused on installation and servicing of custom equipment. You will interact with customers and cross functional service groups that support and launch ZEISS products into the field. Additionally, you will aid the R&D team with engineering work in relation to design, build, and new system testing. This position will also support the production of systems during various stages of assembly and setup.
