Responsibilities

· Perform FPI, MPI, ECI and UT inspection on aircrafts and its components per our client’s specifications and our NDT procedures.

· Proper maintenance of NDT inspection system to meet the requirements of customers and regulating agencies.

· Prepare NDT technique sheets and maintain the quality system adequately in accordance with company’s requirements.

· Constantly explore and seek improvements to increase efficiency.

Requirements

· GCE O Level or higher.

· 2 years of relevant technical experience in aerospace industry.

· Have attended formal NDT training in PT & MT methods from Outside Agencies approved by the Singapore National Aerospace NDT Board. (The minimum formal training hours is 32 hours for each method)

· Have gained at least 400 hours of documented work experience for PT method, and at least 530 hours of documented work experience for MT method.

· Possession of current or previous NAS 410 & EN4179 Level 2 certifications in PT & MT methods is essential.

· Candidates with additional NAS 410 & EN4179 Level 2 certifications in ET & UT methods will have an advantage.

· Candidates who have completed and passed the relevant CAAS and EASA examinations, such as M09 and/or M10, is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance and Improvement: Develop, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive quality management plan annually. This includes working with an independent Quality Control Review Department to resolve accounting and audit issues, ensuring all quality control measures are in line with company standards, and implementing quality systems throughout the company.
