POSITION SUMMARY

• Conducts audits and summarizes data for management review
• Coordinates and performs ATP testing to release micro sensitive products to comply with Hygienic Manufacturing Guidelines
• Provides support to the plant with regard to waste minimization, environmental compliance, regulatory compliance, timely disposition of returns , discrepant product and materials
• Prepares customer Certificates of Analysis (COA’s)
• Reviews and files raw material Certificates of Analysis
• Reviews laboratory work instructions
• Trains and assists plant personnel in the use and standardization of laboratory equipment and procedures in their departments
• Trains new lab personnel in procedures, product analysis, and instrumentation use and maintenance.
• Utilize SPC methods in data collection, Root Cause Analysis, Corrective/Preventive Action effectiveness, and Cost saving/Avoidance Analysis
• Supports the compliance and maintenance of GMP and ISO 9001/14001 documentation
• Performs GMP and ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 audits as scheduled
• Reviews, inspects and authorizes the release of DIN products (GMP) as well as perform routine stability testing on Plant manufactured goods
• Participates in continuous improvement activities such as 5 Why Investigations, Kaizen, TPM, etc.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s in Chemistry or related science with minor in Chemistry OR experience may be substituted for education
• Minimum Experience required: 
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Quality Control environment within a GMP regulated facility
  • Experience with IR, UV/VIS, HPLC, and GC instruments

POSITION SUMMARY:

The TASKI Technical Service Representative adds value after sales. This individual will provide service and act as a single point of contact to customers and employees with respect to ordering parts and the servicing of TASKI and NSS equipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide excellent customer service by giving accurate information, timely response and taking ownership. 
• Maintain a high level of personal knowledge in respect to TASKI and NSS equipment, parts and related functions. 
• Communicate with customers by telephone, email, remote guidance, or chat to perform necessary diagnostic assessments.  Determine proper course of action for repairs.
• Communicate with a broad range of customers in North America, to understand the customer’s specific service and parts requirements.

• Dispatch service calls in conjunction with service providers and in accordance with company or customer policies.
• Advise customers and employees of company and supplier policies such as warranties and return of goods.
• Utilize computer technology and systems including SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft 365 suite, Intellitrail, Remote Guidance and basic telephone systems.
• Promote companies' products and after sales services through up-selling techniques where appropriate.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ years of experience in a technical and/or customer service environment.
• Experience in technical work either electronic or mechanical (i.e. schematic reading skills) is a plus.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the general supervision of the Quality Manager, the process engineer is responsible for managing engineering support at the Florence, KY facility.  This includes day-to-day support of existing manufacturing operations as well as planning and execution of engineering projects. This position will need to balance day-do-day production objectives as well as capital project development and implementation.  This position will be key in supporting lean manufacturing initiatives including but not limited to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM),5s, Operating Equipment Efficiencies (OEE), and supporting Kaizen initiatives. This candidate should also be able to actively participate and comply with our Quality, Health, and Environmental programs, including: training initiatives and following all policies and procedures. This position works in a team environment and is required to assist others as necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Employs safe work habits and complies with all applicable Diversey safety requirements
• Works closely with the Quality Manager and Supervisor, Plant Management, Operations, and QA personnel at other sites
• Supports daily operations of the plant to ensure safety, quality, and cost effectiveness of the process in maintained.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s in a Chemical Engineering OR experience may be substituted for education
• Minimum Experience required: 
  • At least 2 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (will consider relevant co-op experience)
  • Knowledge of chemicals and chemical handling procedures and blending equipment
  • Must have the ability to manage others in technical matters as well as mentor, motivate, guide, and teach others
  • Must have strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills to effectively initiate corrective and preventative actions.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Maintenance Team Leader demonstrates a customer focus through support for Operations, Materials, and Maintenance. This individual will use Visual Controls, Standardized Work, Training, and Escalation to identify, and resolve, a line out of standard conditions. The Maintenance Team Leader will provide direct support for Maintenance Team Members' roles and responsibilities. This individual will lead the execution of the daily production requirements, drive ownership, resolve Production line-related downtime with a sense of urgency, and prevent future downtime occurrences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead Safety performance of the Maintenance team, modeling safety behaviors, and PPE requirements, and mentoring/training Team Members (TM) on safety concepts
• Communicate Safety near misses, and safety compliance issues (PPE), to Supervisor on an ongoing basis.
• Develop standardized work for maintenance activities, with a focus on job plans develop for infrequent at-risk jobs (Safety and Quality).
• Lead Start of Shift Team Meetings / next shift hand-offs (expected 15 min overlap)
• Manage Maintenance crew through shift including breaks, lunch, standardized work, and staffing required /escalate gaps to supervision as required
• Develop/revise standard work (SOPs) for Maintenance team members. Train all existing and new trades as required.
• Train team members and develop and maintain Flex training charts for key training initiatives.
• Using the Flex training charts, develop a versatility plan for the trades team through a detailed training plan for both internal SMEs and outside vendor training.
• Support implementation of improvement projects and Team Member and team ideas
• Ensure problem-solving is used effectively in Maintenance and Maintenance supports production team problem-solving activities.
• Perform layered audits, monitor completion of non-conformances (Gemba walks), and escalate when necessary.
• Plan TPM (Preventative Maintenance) thru planned downtime and weekend activities(may require OT as needed)
• Actively assist in performing maintenance tasks as assigned to the team and/or during high calls or backlog times.
• Fill in for missing maintenance team members as required.
• Work with Production Team Leaders to schedule maintenance activities during all available opportunities (PM checks, Engineering work orders, etc).
• Track and ensure completion of all maintenance activities, track all required maintenance metrics once developed such as MTTR (mean time to repair), MTTF (mean time to failure), and first-time good repairs.
• Know the Maintenance quality standards required for the team.
• Ensure materials and job plans for upcoming maintenance work (weekend, shutdowns, projects, etc.) are available and kitted to ensure timely completion of tasks. All planned work should have a startup plan to ensure proper product quality and throughput from part 1.
• Raise concerns/escalate issues as required using the escalation process to Supervisor or other Diversey leadership.
• Perform 6S tasks and lead continuous improvement of workplace organization.
• Follow the standard daily routine, and support the organization to achieve team and business goals on a daily basis
• Maintain regular communication with the team, cross-shifts, and supervisors. T/L to create and issue an end-of-shift maintenance report.
