Position: Customer Advocate

General Job Summary

The Customer Advocate (CA) role is a key contributor on the Renewals team. The Customer Advocate will proactively initiate the annual renewals process and drive all phases of the renewal lifecycle. This includes leading the renewal sales process with key stakeholders by facilitating the preparation, delivery and negotiation pricing options, revising assets, obtaining quote/PO approvals, and filing appropriate paperwork.

The CAs role is to drive and manage the renewal pipeline. Additionally, the CA works directly with the Renewals Analyst (RA) to ensure timely and efficient renewals processing, while working cross-functionally with Business Leaders and Account Management to solicit updates and feedback on deliverables related to renewals processing closures.

The CA is also expected to gain a understanding of their customer base’s pain points and how company can bring them additional value and modernize their business by utilizing the Sales & Support Team and identify internal opportunities where applicable.

What your responsibilities are:

• Provide full range of customer service to assigned clients by phone or email. Full range of customer service includes handling of incoming calls and outgoing calls. The offered customer interaction should be of highest quality, accurate, polite, and competent.
• Customer care representatives work duties can as well include data entry to clients’ programs and other tasks. The data entry tasks should be made on account ownership, precise, and without mistakes.
• Additional responsibilities may be added as the needs of the business change and expand.
• Be receptive to feedback and coaching from Team Leaders and other customer service representatives. Listen, ask questions, and enthusiastically implement the tools given to improve the quality of your work.

• Ensure timely conveyance of staff and/or clients, even equipment and materials to and from places (offices, airports etc.) as instructed guaranteeing their protection and security.

Business Development Representative – Role and Responsibilities

• Leverage sales technology (sales automation platforms, CRM, etc.) to execute high-velocity sales process through high volume calls and email outreach, sales cadences, targeted campaigns, and other channels of communication
• Research on prospects using all channels and tools available and approved by the company
• Execute prospecting activities on the list of active, inactive, and potential customers
• Generate and convert prospects from outbound activities and inquiries into potential sales opportunities
• Influence and set an appointment for the prospective clients to engage with our sales team, attend our webinars, meet with us at different events and roadshows, progress a sales conversation that would lead to a won deal
• Build & maintain prospect database from various tools, such as existing company database, search engines, LinkedIn, external databases, etc.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

You are a Workforce Queue Analyst, a champion in your field. As part of the A-team, your role plays an important part in our success. Your tasks for the day include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Efficiently manage call volume and labour resources for inbound and outbound call
  centres, while maintaining and exceeding the organization and client targets
• Monitor designated call centres through various internal and external platforms,
  instituting timely and efficient communication to verify allocation settings, queue
  settings, overflow targets, and media events
• Utilization of multiple platforms to analyse/manage call volume
• Incumbent may provide appropriate recommendations and/or implement queue, DNIS
  priority and holdout adjustments through the various network carrier platforms while
  ensuring that established goals are met (including labour utilization, service levels and
  ASA's overflow and queue settings)
• Professionally provide project specific status information to both operations and client
  contacts
• Provide troubleshooting support for level of escalations and coordination for all
  inbound and outbound systems and call routing issues
• Recognize and initiate escalation for all system difficulties, including switch and ACD
  systems, routing systems, computer systems, customized client computer systems and
  all else applicable
• Analyse and monitor statistical information in a timely manner to ensure proper call
  allocation goals are met
• Responsible for maintaining and coordinating vital information regarding internal day to
  day business; serving as a liaison to clients and all internal departments including, but
  not limited to, Workforce Management, Clients Services, Operations, etc.
• Responsible for data entry and monitoring real time queues to ensure performance is
  within pre-set parameters

The Audio-Visual Engineer (AV Engineer) owns, manages, and drives innovation for Acquire BPO’s conferencing technologies, wallboards, and CCTVs. The Audio-Visual Engineer is the first line of engagement for Acquire BPO’s audio-visual technologies and works with internal and external customers to design, build, and support solutions for conference rooms and CCTV.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Primary resource accountable for audio-visual conference facilities, including (but not limited to) Cisco VC, AMX, Polycom, Skype, WebEx, Zoom, etc…

• Provide support for meetings, including setup, testing, and execution.

• Owns and manages Acquire BPO’s CCTV and audio-visual conference systems and ensures daily health checks are performed

• Takes ownership and drives action for issues found during health checks . Spearheads troubleshooting of complex audio-video conferencing and CCTV issues, and coordinates repairs with vendors, if necessary

• Work with the facilities and projects teams to design and implement new audio-video conference rooms during site build out.

• Provide end user training and materials, as necessary

• Facilitate CCTV and audio-video trouble tickets

• Travels across Acquire BPO’s sites as deemed necessary to deploy or support the CCTV and audio-visual systems in scope.

A BIT ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or equivalent work history

• Solid grasp of electronics principles such as conduction, resistance, capacitance, signal amplifiers, etc…

• Experience in cabling technologies (copper, coax, fiber) and recommended standard communications protocols such as RS232.

• Understanding of basic IP addressing principles

• Minimum of 5 years work experience with video conference support, desktop area support and/or large meeting troubleshooting experience

• Solid proficiency with audio and video conferencing protocols including: SIP, H.232, cloud video delivery, Skype for Business Voice & Virtual Meeting Rooms

• Experience with Building Access Control (CCure would be a bonus)

Position Purpose: A brief statement/summary of the primary purpose of the role

• Troubleshoots equipment malfunctions and corrects them as directed by knowledge-based tool or supervisor.
