As our next Sales and Network Development Apprentice starting on 2nd September 2024, you'll be a valued integral part of our Commercial team. As part of your role, you’ll be instrumental in the development of Aston Martins Global activities ensuring our dealer network upholds the highest ultra-luxury standards and implements measures to drive performance in the pursuit of excellence.

As our next Commercial Apprentice starts on 2nd September 2024, you'll be a valued member of our Design team. You’ll have the opportunity to spend time with each department and support key business-focused projects including collaborative launches, merchandise planning and support at events, marketing, and growth planning.

Within this role, you’ll provide team administration support such as invoicing, diary management, note-taking, and digital filing. As our next Body Construction Apprentice starting on 2nd September 2024, you'll be a valued integral part of our Manufacturing team.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be a highly motivated with a proactive and hands on approach. You should be able to work on your own initiative and have a strong desire to succeed. We're keen to bring in someone who is dedicated and driven to improve their skills in the field of body panel rework, finishing and removing damages.

Within this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of our paint manufacturing facility to ensure we meet the high standards of quality. You’ll have the chance to learn all aspects of body construction processes through from rework to finishing.

In this role, you will have the chance to develop and grow. What's important to you is the opportunity to work with a highly energetic team and succeed in a dynamic environment. You're looking for a role where you can use your skills and willingness to learn to make a significant impact.

The Key Requirements...

Achieved 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) to include a Level 4 or in above in Maths, English, Engineering, or relevant qualification.
You’ll have hobbies and interests which reflect your practical and logical approach.
You'll possess a positive attitude and a high willingness to learn.
