We are looking for candidates with skills and experience that includes:

Degree, HNC or equivalent in a construction discipline, knowledge of housing construction and maintenance including energy efficiency and improvement measures alongside a positive attitude to provide a first-class service to our customers when delivering improvements to their homes. Candidates will ideally have experience or knowledge of the “Social Housing” sector, construction health & Safety legislation and be a good communicator capable of working with standard and bespoke computer & software systems.

As a Maintenance Services Co-ordinator we are looking for candidates with skills and experience that includes Strong Organisational and communication Skills and works well as part of a team.

CCHA has seen a continuing increase in the number of repairs works orders received over the past 3 years, a major part of the increase in repairs orders received is in direct response the increased need to effectively manage Damp and Mould in our properties. This role is to liaise with our partner contractors to manage repairs orders and efficiently complete these within our systems along with liaising with residents where queries may arise.

This is a new role that will support the delivery of our Electrical Servicing programme, ensuring that the service is carried out by our electricians within the necessary timescales. You will be responsible for maintaining our bespoke IT system with appointments, visits and certificates. Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a number of Estate Services Operatives, with a salary of £24,960 per annum (plus additional payment per annum dependant on qualifications and skills) which are permanent, full time (40 hours per week) roles.

If you are looking for an exciting new role, this is a great opportunity to join the Castles & Coasts Services (CCS) Team at CCHA. CCS is the in-house team that deliver a range of services to our properties and estates. These include responsive and void repairs, electrical servicing, various compliance checks and associated works, grounds maintenance and communal area cleaning.

Due to the expansion of the services we deliver, we are looking for additional Estate Operatives, to join our existing Estates Team. If you enjoy working mostly outdoors, and can turn your hand to a range of tasks, we would like to hear from you.
We are looking for a number of operatives with suitable skills and experience to predominately deliver any of the works below:

Grounds Maintenance
Communal Area Cleaning.
