Purpose of Role

As an OGS Associate / Senior OGS Associate, you will support the Operations and Content teams by identifying and eliminating on-site issues as and when they appear, either by raising to the relevant team or through direct action.

As an Analyst - People Analytics you will be responsible for People Data to deliver actionable insights to HR teams and managers across the business, enabling them to make informed people decisions

Reporting to the People Analytics Lead you will be part of the People Analytics team, who would be delivering reporting and analytics to show value in data via online self-service reports and dashboards in PowerBI and answering ad-hoc requests for People information from People Teams and the wider business. What you will do

• Provide both site-specific and remote IT support, prioritizing VIP and business-critical requests.
• Manage desktop, laptop, and mobile device assets, including software license management and hardware procurement.
• Create and maintain procedural and troubleshooting documentation.
• Monitor and report on IT project progress and support global initiatives.
• Ensure IT infrastructure compliance with regulations and manage core systems like Active Directory, SCCM, and Telephony.

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Portfolio (HoP) to assume a central role in harmonizing and enhancing our strategic endeavors across our diverse brands and markets. What you will do:

• Lead and coach our product pillar teams through their transformation, embracing and role modelling autonomy and empowerment throughout the department
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of delivery professionals, providing guidance on product portfolio management, strategic planning, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, product managers, development teams, and external partners, to ensure alignment and gather insights that contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Develop and enforce common processes, methodologies, and agile best practices for product and project delivery, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between the respective pillar teams to promote knowledge sharing, innovation, and the identification of opportunities for cross-functional projects.

This role will be pivotal in making the transformation and evolution of IVY’s Product & Technology department into a Product-led powerhouse a reality. You will be responsible for the implementation of the governance framework in close partnership with the Tech leads and Product managers and closely work with pillar leadership to plan, monitor and control change in terms of pillar-driven ideas and initiatives.

•  Support the effective implementation & monitoring of the governance framework covering key activities such across-team grooming, quarterly planning.
• Support the PMO's objectives by providing analytical, administrative, and coordination support across various aspects of project and portfolio management.
• Co-ordinate with product managers and technical managers throughout the product development phase.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and recommend process enhancements.
• Manage pillar capacity and effort tracking.
• Control and effectively manage change control in respective product pillars.
• Analyse project and planning data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Generate insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Support stakeholders on understanding processes and tools.
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement by obtaining regular feedback from stakeholders which will feed an ongoing improvement backlog. .
