London Road is a 49-bed male only service located on 3 different sites in Nottingham. The advertised role is to cover one of the sites only with 28 residents.
You’ll be responsible with supporting the Service Manager and to be there to supervise and support the staff team. You will manage the service as a whole, act as landlord and manage the staff team whilst working and complying with FHA aims and objectives and complying with contractual obligations.
Duties & Responsibilities
Staff management and other resource management (Financial and Physical) as appropriate.
Provide management to staff daily to ensure the service runs smoothly.
Management of staff from recruitment to exit.
Partnership working, including funding raising with statutory voluntary, community groups.
Responsible for housing management.
Duty manager, peer audits and hearings.
Health & Safety of building, staff and service users.
Overseeing and engaging where appropriate with all aspects of support for move on/successful independent living.
Produce service monitoring data.
