Assist the Chefs in mooncake production and food preparation as follows:-

a) Washing, peeling and cutting of fruits & ingredients.

b) Measuring the ingredients accurately

c) Whipping of cream

d) Ensure the raw materials collected from the Store are correct

e) Cooking the filling properly

f) Any other duties as assigned.

Candidates have to ensure that the highest hygienically standard in preparation, storage and handling of food and equipments are adhered to and according to ENV standards.

Duration of the Job - 1 August 2024 to 17 September 2024

Time - Minimum 8 hours work per day (exclude break time)

Rate - $13 - $15 per hour

• Ensure the smooth operation of the Linen/Uniform Room.
• Liaise with Maintenance for carrying out maintenance projects.
• Liaise closely with Front Office for group and VIP arrivals
• Liaise with F&B Department for internal and outside catering functions.
• Supervise staff in the Linen and uniform room and ensure all guest and staff needs are fulfiled.

1. Reports for duty punctually wearing the correct, clean uniform, shoes and name badge.

3. Maintains cleanliness of refrigerators, cold room, working tables and kitchen equipment.

4. Supervises the various buffet set-up, replenishment and clearance and assists where necessary.

7. Ensure the high quality of food preparation is in accordance with the established standard.

8. Ensure the electrical, mechanical equipment and utensils are in operation and properly maintained and to report on any malfunction.

Role Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains the efficiency of the Guest Services/Information, Bell Service, Doorman.
• Checks on grooming standard of all Bell staff when they are on duty.

Primary Responsibilities
