The Copyeditor/Subeditor is responsible for copyediting, proofreading and production editing for one of our client's marketing communications materials, working closely with writers and other creatives to maintain the highest possible standards.

The ideal candidate is technically-savvy, possesses a keen eye and an exceptional attention to detail to ensure clarity and accuracy in each project copy. He/She should be flexible, adaptable and results-driven, with the skills to work across stakeholders, and an ability to focus and prioritise in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. What does a Senior Screen Artist do at Hogarth?

As Senior Screen Artist, you'd work with our Project Managers to adapt versions of visual master assets with Photoshop, to be featured on all marketing communication materials for our client's markets in the region.

• Build adapted versions of visual assets in a Photoshop/AI format, with extensive usage and application of "Smart Objects”, “Layer Styles”, and “Adjustment Layers.”
• Receive localisation briefs from the Project Manager(s) and be able to convert an existing Photoshop asset into a specific language for the markets in your assigned region while maintaining the original level of quality and detail.
• Localise files with accurate formatting of copy provided by our global team.
• Photo retouching for all lifestyle images to be used for your assigned market(s) and ensuring that the imagery displayed is both germane and licensed to the country in which it will appear.
• Sync up with the global team on software updates and technical requirements.
• Adhere to an exact and established graphic production process, which includes maintaining consistency in font usage, colour profiles, filename conventions, structuring of archived assets, and handing-off localised assets.
• Memorise localisation guidelines and actively be on the lookout for any asset that falls out of given guideline.

Requirements

Each project is likely to last between 3-5 weeks and would most likely require the team to work full days on-site at the office in Singapore for the duration of each project.

The Senior Studio Artist (Mechanical) is responsible for localising print mechanicals for the account. You will develop accurate and high quality artwork for production assignments to incorporate in final layout.

You will need to be able to work in a pressured environment whilst still delivering work to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the workflow of a group of mechanical artists
• Inspire and proactively strive to get the best out of each team member, offer coaching and new opportunities to expand skill-sets

Main Responsibilities

The primary function of the Deskside IT Support (Mac) role is to support users and workstations, maintaining and troubleshooting systems as required, with the aim of providing a stable and fully functioning environment, either onsite or remotely.

• Deploy and maintain new workstations
• Provide technical support for desktop issues
• Support VIP members of Hogarth
• Assist users in Joint Ventures, liaising with Hogarth Production Support to ensure the site is fully supported

• Complete first line investigation and diagnosis, updating incident records as necessary
• Carry out, and report on daily system health checks for all supported applications

We are looking to bring on board a freelance Project Coordinator to facilitate the planning and execution of operations and logistics for a series of onsite business events for one of our key clients.

The incumbent will work closely with the team to roll out and oversee that the operations of each event runs smoothly in our client's office.

This is a short-term freelance role that would require on-site presence. You should be able to commit from December 2024 to February 2025 on intermittent basis.

What would a Transcreation Account Manager do at Hogarth?

As a Transcreation Project Manager, you'd be responsible for project managing localisation work for our client's Marketing Communication materials across different platforms. Working with a prestigious technology client, the Content Manager will moderate internal content and publish for high-profile and fast-turnaround web, in-store and marketing assets. This role will focus on regional and global content, working closely with other Hogarth hubs in various countries. This collaboration will be critical to success.

Main Responsibilities

The primary function of the Deskside IT Support (Mac) role is to support users and workstations, maintaining and troubleshooting systems as required, with the aim of providing a stable and fully functioning environment, either onsite or remotely.

• Deploy and maintain new workstations
