Job Scope

· Assist the Project Manager in oversee the project, planning & ensure work is carried according to master program

· Assist in managing the work activities for the group of Sub-Contractors, supervisor and workers

· Manpower planning for the jobs in accordance to the budgeted man-hours provided by Project Manager

· Track and report daily work progress to Project Manager

· Ensure that all legal requirements under the Singapore laws are complied with

· Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements

Job Specifications

· Bachelor’s Degree Engineering (Civil) or equivalent

· A proactive and resourceful individual who possess good communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Core Responsibilities

• Create 3D models using Autodesk Revit/Bentley OBD/ArchiCAD
• Produce all required drawings and details for submission, approval and endorsed
• Comply with company ISO requirements
• Work closely with the project team on site on the production of drawings
• Conduct site visits to verify installation at site where necessary
• Assist project team in engineering drawing related matters and any adhoc duties or special projects assigned

Job Specifications

• At least Diploma in drafting / Civil Engineering ore related engineering discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience in drafting for construction company

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budget, bill of quantities and other documentation
• Assessment of progress payments to subcontractors / suppliers
• Preparation of progress claims and variation order to the client
• Settlement of final accounts with Client and subcontractors / suppliers

Job Specifications

• At least Degree in QS/ Civil Engineering / Building
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently
• At least 2 years of working experiences in civil industry

Scope of Work :

• Develop and implement safety measures and policies in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act.
• Regularly review and update safety protocols to ensure they are in line with current regulations and best practices.
• Lead the Environmental Control Committee Meetings to discuss and implement environmental control programs.
• Oversee the development and implementation of environmental policies and procedures to ensure they meet legislative requirements and best practices.
• Ensure that all operations and activities at the site are compliant with relevant and latest Workplace Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
• Prepare and review Risk Assessments in collaboration with the project management team to identify potential hazards and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop and implement an Environmental Control Plan, outlining strategies and practices to minimize environmental impact from operations.

Job Requirements:

• Hold a Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and/or a Bachelor's Degree in a WSH-related field, along with a certification as an Environmental Control Officer (ECO).
• Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience suitable for the responsibilities of a WSH Officer cum ECO.

Core responsibilities

• Assist WSH Officer in executing tasks according to MOM rules & regulations

• Assist to manage and oversee daily EHS activities on site

• Conduct regular EHS inspection and take follow up actions to ensure compliance

• Conduct EHS incident / accident investigation and analysis

• Assist to conduct risk assessment and implementation of risk control measure at workplace

• Ensure proper documentation for all safety, environmental and health disciplines

Job specifications

· Diploma in Civil Engineering or other related Engineering discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience preferred

· Candidate must possess at least a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health

· Knowledge of WSHA or OSHA legislation as well as Bizsafe

Job scope :

• Managing office inventory
• Perform General Administrative and Clerical duties
• Provide ad hoc support around Office as needed
• Maintaining an accurate and organised record of documentation within the Company’s Operative System

Requirements :
