As a General Insurance (GI) Specialist, you will be the subject matter expert to share the importance of protective insurance and sound financial planning to customers through phone; and recommending suitable policies to address the needs of the individuals and their families. Through effective communication skills, persuasive techniques, and a genuine passion for our products, you will identify opportunities to engage clients, and close deals over the phone. Your ability to meet and exceed sales targets will directly impact our company's success, making you an integral part of our thriving team.
You will be required to:
• Call prospects from provided leads, introducing our product offerings.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients by actively following up on leads, engaging in productive conversations, and nurturing relationships.
• Employ consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs, address concerns, and present tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
• Utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively overcome objections and close sales, ensuring a high conversion rate
• Continuously seek personal and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and contribute to a positive team environment.

• Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role, preferably in the banking/financial sector.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong persuasive selling skills, with the ability to handle objections effectively and close deals.
