Job Description:
The On-Premise Red Bull Supplier Performance Manager position is responsible for developing the Red Bull brand within all On-Premise accounts throughout the state of Iowa and ensuring the successful execution of supplier goals and initiatives. Other duties include long range planning, training of company personnel to ensure strong brand development and support along with the management of inventory, pricing and incentive programming.
Working with the Red Bull brand and supplier to develop goals and ensure the successful execution of objectives
- Work closely with our supplier partners to create a positive environment for achieving mutually agreed upon goals
- Participate in building key account business to ensure brand execution
- Engage supplier’s reps on a regular basis in programming/marketing programs to improve business
- Coordinate supplier “work-withs”/market visits
Educate, train and coach company personnel to ensure strong brand development and support
- Provide creative selling ideas/programs at sales meetings to maximize execution
- Develop effective incentive programs to drive the brand
- Attend team meetings to discuss opportunities and issues
- Ensure that sales team understand the importance of conducting themselves properly at all times while in the presence of any/all customers and suppliers
- Provide follow up notes to appropriate manager and general sales manager
Management of Inventory, Pricing and Programming
- Develop plan to maximize gross profit and sales
- Responsible for proper inventory control and management
- Monitor monthly bill backs
- Ensure appropriate POS materials are available for programs in a timely manner
- Develop, submit and monitor on-premise pricing and programming
Job Requirements:
- 4 year BA/BS college degree or related industry experience
- Prior route sales experience with On-Premise accounts (highly preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Goals and results driven
- Must have reliable transportation and proof of insurance
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Local candidates preferred (no relocation package)
