Job Description
You will be responsible for accelerating business performance by designing, building and ensuring adoption of Marketing business capabilities to enhance consumer, customer and employee experience. You will own and drive simplification (Fit4Purpose) and optimization of E2E business capabilities in Marketing (data, process, org/people competence, systems) to improve quality and ensure compliant, reliable and efficient execution; ensuring that businesses are set up to win. You will work closely together with the Marketing CoE, Business Category Teams and the Marketing Teams in the Regions.
Your Role:
Greater Impact: Develop end-to-end Marketing business capabilities to support operational excellence, compliance, and value delivery
Team and Stakeholders: Collaborate with Senior Leaders, Process & Product Owners and in Businesses, Regions, and Centers of Excellence (CoE) and Subject Matter Experts to create fit-for-purpose business capabilities.

You're the Right Fit If:
Experience: You have a proven track record in business capability development and implementation. Domain knowledge in Marketing is essential.
Skills: You are strong in co-creation, organizational design, compliance control, and change management. Strong conceptual skills to define new capabilities.
Education: You have relevant qualifications in business, technology, or related fields. A master degree is preferred.
Leadership: You have the ability to manage and influence stakeholders, lead SME networks and guide and coach teams for effective business capability execution.
Core Responsibilities:
Create comprehensive E2E Business Capability Roadmaps.
Identify business improvement opportunities with business case planning.
Co-create and incrementally develop business capabilities.
Drive productivity and growth in alignment with business cases.
Lead Subject Matter Expert networks for co-creation and change management.
Maintain CoP in archetypes for business capability excellence.
Ensure accurate business capability performance reporting and adoption.
Develop competence assessments.
Submit Change Requests (CR) to the PH Change Control Board (CCB).
