Job Description:

• Lead a team of automotive technicians
• Carry out maintenance servicing and repair of motor vehicles
• Conduct diagnostic checks, troubleshooting, automatic transmission and engine overhaul
• Perform quality checks and road tests on vehicles
• Liaise with Service Advisor on the service/repairs-related matters
• Provide support to customer service and workshop
• Maintain facilities and equipment of the workshop
• Any other or ad-hoc assignments by the Workshop Manager

Job Requirements:

• Relevant certificates in Automotive Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in automotive industry
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles
• Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
• Class 3 driving licence
• 5.5 day work week: Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm, Sat 9am to 2pm

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Basic salary from $4,000 to $5,500
• 14 days paid annual leave
• Up to S$280 medical claims per year

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed oriented Finance Executive to join us. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management and possess strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Group’s Finance Manager, you will be responsible for, inter alia :-

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and generate timely and accurate full set of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with various departments to develop and monitor budgets.
• Variance Analysis: Investigate and explain variances between actual financial results and budgeted/forecasted figures. Provide insights into the underlying causes of deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Financial Operations: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions and records.
• Cash Management: Communicate with financial institutions and handle daily banking related business. Monitor cash flows and manage liquidity effectively.
• Tax Management: Prepare GST reconciliation and submission of GST returns
• Risk Assessment: Assist in identifying financial risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards. Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and guidelines to minimize compliance risks.

You will be expected to collaborate with various stakeholders across the organisation to ensure finance processes are running efficiently, as well as manage various financial topics and provide ad-hoc support to the finance and new business teams.

Requirements

• LCCI Higher Accounting or Degree/Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA/CPA
• PC Literacy Skills – Microsoft office with strong Excel knowledge
• Min. 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role. Qualified fresh graduates are welcome
• Possess initiative, strong planning, administrative organising capabilities and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, corporate tax and GST rules
• Self-motivated, resourceful, hands-on and meticulous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong team player

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Finance Manager to join us. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management and possess strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Reporting to the Head of Credit and Finance, you are responsible for overseeing and managing Ricardo Group’s financial operations. You will drive value within the business through margin enhancement, lower costs and operational efficiencies, execute accurate reporting that enables sound analysis and financial recommendations, provide insights into business performance, develop new metrics for driving business performance relative to strategic priorities and minimizing risk, manage relationships with bankers, auditors and tax authorities, and ensure that the Group complies with financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Manage a team that develops and manages strategic financial planning for the group, including forecasts and budgets; conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement; expenses, and provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to support strategic planning
• Financial Reporting: Focus on daily and month-end accounting to determine results, prepare and present full set of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements on a consolidated basis; ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations and company policies; coordinate with external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure timely completion
• Treasury Management: Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize the company’s financial performance. Monitor and forecast cash flow requirements, manage working capital, and optimize cost-efficiency.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborating with various stakeholders across the organisation to ensure finance processes are running efficiently. Managing various financial topics and providing ad-hoc support to the finance and new business teams

The candidate will be expected to lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring best practices in financial management.

Requirements

• LCCI Higher Accounting or Degree/Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA/CPA
• Proficient in financial software and possess strong Excel knowledge
• Min. 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle loans documentation for floor stock finance facilities
• Ensure accurate and timely creation, monitoring and maintenance of loans and facility records
• Assist with preparation of facility reports
• Liaise with internal and external parties for processing and verification of loans documentation, facility drawdown and redemption requests
• Assist with other administrative functions as and when required

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate should:

• Possess minimum Diploma in Business / Banking & Finance, or related discipline, preferably with minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience in loans documentation
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office with good Excel knowledge and be sensitive with numbers
• Possess good initiative, strong administrative capabilities and interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate fluently in English

REMUNERATION

• Monthly basic salary: from $2,400, commensurate with experience
